Pilates
Fee: Starting at $30 per session, by appointment only Stop by the Pilates of Memphis Studio at Germantown Athletic Club to incorporate a whole new element in your workout. Pilates of Memphis offers private and group sessions to members and guests. The studio includes reformers, a cadillac, high and low chairs, barrels and other professional Pilates equipment. Birthday Parties
Treat your child to an afternoon of birthday fun at the Club. Birthday packages include 90 minutes of basketball, dodgeball, popcorn and a movie or swimming in our indoor heated pool and 30 minutes in a decorated party room with a customized cake, ice cream, cold juice and tableware. Pizza and soft drinks are available for an additional fee. Saturdays, September 7, October 5, November 2, December 7 6 to 8:30 p.m. Fee: $20 per member, $15 additional sibling, $25 guest Boys and girls ages 7 to 11 years play games such as dodgeball, kickball, walleyball and basketball during game night. Girls ages 7 to 11 years enjoy a movie, mini manicure and pedicure along with other fun surprises. Don’t forget a sleeping bag and pillow. Dinner is provided. Gobble Wobble 5K and Kids Half-Mile Fun Run
Saturday, November 9, 2 to 4 p.m. Join Germantown Athletic Club and Baptist Rehabilitation Germantown for the seventh annual Gobble Wobble 5K and Kids Half-Mile Fun Run. Gather around after the race for lots of food and fun. Each participant will receive a long sleeve T-shirt. Proceeds from the event benefit Baptist Rehabilitation Neurological Treatment Center.
