Bridal Boot Camp Is your wedding day fast approaching? The BRC is now recruiting all brides and their bridal party for an intense 8-week program to get in shape for the big day. The participants will meet two (2) times per week for a combination of conditioning, toning and aerobic workouts. Each participant will receive individual fitness assessments. Minimum of 4 per class. Just for Women Strength Training

Indoor Triathlon This is a BRC member’s only event, where you compete in an indoor triathlon. The triathlon will consist of a 500M swim, 8 mile stationary bicycle ride, and 2 mile run. A staff member will record your times on each event and prizes will be awarded for top times. Sign up by February 17, 2013. Dates: Member Fees:

BRC Wellness Events Wellness is more than a state of health; it’s a state of mind! The Bartlett Recreation Center will be offering Q&A discussions and seminars on the topics listed below. Most of these events will be free and all are open to members and nonmembers. These seminars will be held in the meeting room at the Bartlett Recreation Center. Do you know how to strength train properly? This program includes two 1-hour strength training sessions per week, individualized cardio programs and nutrition information. Learn the facts of proper form, theory and application through this eight week clinic (minimum of 3 and maximum of 5 per class). Classes are grouped based on your experience level.
