Swinging plate mechanical volumetric flow meter able to provide a high degree of precision for the measurement of diesel for non-commercial use. Equipped with a totalizer and a partial meter, resettable with side knob, allowing the user to change the output direction of the fuel as needed. The meters are also fitted with regulation screws for precision adjustment. The flow meter can be applied to motor pumps or for gravity.

Volumetric and eccentric motor pump for transferring diesel and oil at low flow rate. It consists of a single-phase self-ventilated asynchronous motor equipped with thermal breaker fitted into the coil. Inside the aluminum pump is housed a drum in acetal, the core of this pump that ensures reliability, even with heavy oil up to 700 cSt. Suction filter supplied as standard. Motor 115V-60Hz available upon request.

The sturdy cabinet in anti-corrosive coating metal sheet resistant to atmospheric agents, equipped with key lock, to restrict non authorized use of dispensing unit. The mushroom-type emergency button fitted inside the pump acts as a safety switch, when needed, and also prevents current from passing to the pump when the front panel is close. A F1 Sturdiness and original design are the key features of this diesel dispensing unit for non-commercial use. The system comprises a nozzle holder case equipped with micro switch able to power the pump when the nozzle is raised. When using a self-priming vane pump, the system can be equipped with mechanical flow meter or FMS management system (Fuel Management System), depending on the model chosen. The support column with double height is also available, enabling the system to be used both fitted on tanks and on ground. The above column also enables housing a cartridge filter, if necessary, to remove the water and dirt, rendering the dispensing unit clean and safe.

FMS FMS (Fuel Management System) is a system designed to authorize refuelings and manage consumption. The main function of the system is to enable dispensing exclusively to authorized persons by means of TAG recognition key, previosly programmed by system owner. The system is able to manage up to 99 users and recognizes up to 999 means, recording every transaction. The data stored ca be manually loaded by means of the downloading card or automaticlly via the GPRS module with internet connection (optional). The acquisition software allows the user to easily and instantly display the average consumption and data on each transaction, providing easy reference to the relative users.
