What I Thought Was Not Possible! BRENDA “WOW! 90 pounds lost in just over a year!! I did not think this would be possible for me because of my age, inactivity due to a Balance Disorder, a Hypo-Thyroid condition and the yo-yo dieting I’ve done over the years.
