This venue is completely unique as it’s the first time in England and Wales where a couple can have their legal wedding ceremony or civil partnership right on the sand. We set up a stunning marquee for your ceremony followed by a drinks reception and delicious wedding breakfast cooked for you by our catering team. We also cater for vow renewal and baby naming ceremonies.

Your Beach Wedding Ceremony At Beach Weddings Bournemouth you will be having your ceremony in one of the most unique wedding venues in England & Wales. We have a gorgeous little ivory painted Wedding Hut right on the sands of Bournemouth’s award winning West Cliff Beach. This is the first time that it has been possible to have a civil ceremony right on the sand in this country. The Wedding Hut is located at the foot of the West Cliff lift meaning that it’s perfectly located for the guests to arrive for your ceremony via the lift, although several car parks are also close by allowing a lovely short walk along the promenade to Beach Weddings Bournemouth for those guests who prefer. The Bride makes her arrival using the West Cliff Lift whilst the guests and her Groom eagerly await her arrival inside the marquee. We have a large decked area built off The Wedding

Hut on which we have a locally made driftwood arch. Your ceremony will take place under the arch and the signing of the official Registers takes place inside The Wedding Hut which features local coastal décor and a lovely window overlooking the sea which allows the natural light to flood in. You can hold just your ceremony with us at Beach Weddings Bournemouth, have a ceremony followed by a drinks and canapé (or ice cream!) reception or you can chose your ceremony followed by a fully catered reception inside the marquee. Whichever choice you make you will be enjoying a truly unique venue and stunning views over the sea no matter what the weather.

Your Beach Wedding Marquee Our marquees are built on the sand right up to The Wedding Hut so your guests are seated inside for the ceremony whilst the bride and groom stand on the decking just in front of The Wedding Hut. We work with a professional and experienced team who build our marquees to a high specification using solid structures and good quality materials and staking to ensure that the marquees provide good protection from wind and rain should that be needed. This means you can be safe in the knowledge that your wedding will be special and hugely enjoyable no matter what the weather decides to do We have a range of marquees, the smallest being a 6m x 6m gazebo for

a ceremony only and a 9m x 9m white framed marquee which is suitable for up to x 50 people for a ceremony and a wedding breakfast seated on round tables (or a long top table). We can accommodate any number of guests right through to 400 for a ceremony or 200 seated for a wedding breakfast so please let us know your approximate numbers and we can provide you with a specific quotation. Our full specification marquees come with ivory linings, hard flooring with coconut matting on top, 3m x 3m entrance porch with Chinese hat, catering tent on the side of your marquee for food preparation and a separate breakout space / bar marquee for your drinks.

Children’s Portions

Children under the age of 12 who require a smaller portion will be charged at half of the adult price. Applicable to all menus. For the fish and chips menu, fish or chicken goujons will be served for children instead of a whole piece of fish. The buffet menu is not recommended for children so we advise ordering tiffin tins detailed below. If you prefer, we can provide tiffin tins filled with lots of goodies for children. These can be filled with sandwiches, crisps, fruit and miniature cakes and biscuits and are charged at £8.95 per child. We can set up a children’s tea party on the decking where children can eat together and then play in the sand once they have finished, taking the stress away of feeding children at the table.

We feel it is important to use local produce and suppliers so are delighted to stock sparkling wines from the English Oak Vineyard in Lytchett Matravers, Dorset. The traditional method used to make Champagne in France is closely followed, using 14 different carefully selected vine rootstocks to mimic the typical French practice of blending grapes from a number of different vineyards to add interest and complexity. The incredible wines from the English Oak Vineyard are an excellent example of what Dorset has to offer at an affordable price.

Your Traditional Ice Cream Bike Our ice cream bike is a traditional Classic 33 Pashley bike which has been especially custom made for us using the Beach Weddings Bournemouth trademark colours. All of our ice cream is sourced locally from the multi award winning Purbeck Ice Cream. The ice cream is suitable for vegetarians, gluten free and has no artificial flavourings or preservatives, contains no eggs or nuts, GMOs and no added colours. One of the Beach Weddings Bournemouth crew will serve the ice creams to your guests and the prices for the ice cream bike also include: • • • • • •

Beach Wedding Prices Ceremony Only Option You can book a ceremony only option in The Wedding Hut for your ceremony on the beach. This is perfect for couples wishing to have a simple and intimate ceremony with just the Bride and Groom on their own or with two witnesses / guests. The Ceremony only option is from 10am with departure no later than 1pm. A ceremony can be any time from 10am and we suggest the latest time is 11.30am if you wish to enjoy drinks and photographs afterwards. Prices for hire of The Wedding Hut only are as follows:

2015 season - £900 • 2016 season - £1000

Ceremony Only with marquee/gazebo coverage If you decide to just have your ceremony with us in The Wedding Hut but have more than 2 guests you will need to book hire of our gazebo to provide coverage during your ceremony. The price for this is £900 for 2015 and £1000 for 2016 (bare sand floor, 4 sided ivory gazebo with window wall over sea view 6m x 6 metre which will seat up to 50 people with an aisle for the bridal entrance and a lined ceiling). For numbers greater than 50, either two chinese hat gazebos can be put together to cater for up to x 100 guests or a full marquee set up for your ceremony with flooring and linings is available. Prices start from £2750. Please enquire for further details. Beach Wedding Prices Ceremony followed by wedding breakfast in marquee

Exclusive full day hire for ceremony and wedding breakfast

A great way to fully appreciate the beauty of a wedding with us – have your ceremony in The Wedding Hut and then we change the layout of the marquee whilst you are having a drinks reception and photographs to a reception layout for your wedding breakfast. Enjoy your chosen menu in the marquee followed by speeches before departing by 7pm for your evening party nearby. This option is for 2pm-7pm hire and is only suitable for up to x 50 people. For numbers higher than this, please see the exclusive full day hire to the right. You will need to add the cost of the marquee to the price to hire the site. We can cater for up to 200 people on a fully catered basis so please contact us with your numbers and we can provide you with a marquee price specific to your requirements. This price must then be added to the site hire/set up charge as follows:

The best way to enjoy Beach Weddings Bournemouth is for a full day hire from 10am to 7pm with your ceremony taking place any time between 10am and 1pm (we can advise you on your ceremony time depending on your numbers) followed by a wedding breakfast with our choice of menus. Toilet Facilities

Near to our location on the beach we only have use of one private toilet but it’s owned by the Council and is strictly for the use of the Bridal Party and disabled guests only. Any other guests must use the public conveniences which are available approximately 400 metres away. However, for any 2pm-7pm or full day 10am-7pm booking with over 50 guests, portable toilet facilities must be booked at your expense. Luxury VIP toilets are available as follows:

Our stunning beach venue can be enjoyed during the daylight hours, with your ceremony and wedding breakfast finishing at 7pm then you and your guests move on to an exciting evening celebration nearby and the crew at Beach Weddings Bournemouth can help you organise this. New for 2015 - and subject to licence and additional charges - we can potentially offer couples the opportunity to also enjoy their evening reception with us on the beach. This is a limited opportunity in 2015 and we hope it will be fully available in 2016 – please enquire for more details. If you are looking for your evening reception nearby we have teamed up with various local partner venues and hotels to bring you a wide choice of evening venues for you to party the night away. Due to our great location at the foot of the cliff lift your guests can easily take the lift to the top and make their way on foot to a local venue or take an early evening stroll along the promenade to the evening venue of your choice. Alternatively if transport is required please see our suppliers list for local companies who can arrange transport for you to meet you/your guests either at the top of the cliff lift or at Pier Approach to take you to your chosen evening reception venue. Or, for something a bit different why not hire a private land train to take you and your guests to your evening reception! Whether bestowing a name, or welcoming a child into a newly formed family unit where two parents have come together with their own children. Where better to bring your party together than the magical venue of the Ceremony Hut on Bournemouth sands. Beach Weddings Bournemouth is the newest and most exciting, unique event venue where we are the first to be able to conduct these dignified, stylish, informal and creative ceremonies on the beach. •Naming your baby, welcoming your child or children together as a family, joining two families •Its not just the ceremony - drinks and canapés, a sit down meal, afternoon teas, after your service can also be arranged •You never need worry about changing weather conditions, we can arrange as big or small a marquee as you need anything from a meal to party games, to releasing balloons or doves - something special that marks the occasion which is meaningful to you and your family. Ceremonies can be held any day of the week although Sundays work very well as there is often a marquee from a wedding ceremony the day before allowing us to offer a good Sunday package subject to availability.

TERMS AND CONDITIONS FOR VENUE HIRE SERVICES OF The Wedding Hut and wedding venue site namely “Beach Weddings Bournemouth” foot of the cliff lift, Bournemouth Seafront, Bournemouth Dorset BH2 5AA. Services to be provided by Beach Weddings Bournemouth a trading name of Bellissimo Events Limited (Company or We). These terms and conditions (including the attached booking from) apply to the following as may be applicable: • The Company’s supply of the use of The Wedding Hut and Beach Weddings Bournemouth site for weddings and events. • The contract will be between the Company and the Customer (stated below and hereinafter referred to as Customer, you, your) these terms and conditions do not affect your statutory rights. Prices and Services • All prices listed are inclusive of VAT (currently 20%).All prices are subject to damage waiver (where applicable) and VAT. • Your booking is not secure until we receive your booking form and deposit. payment and once you receive a receipted invoice for your deposit this is then taken as confirmation of your booking. • The price of your booking will be based on the quotation which you receive from the Company. Prices for a ceremony only booking include: • Hire charge of The Wedding Hut and Beach Weddings Bournemouth site for your ceremony between 10am and all guests must depart the site entirely no later than 1pm. We may occasionally be able to agree a PM ceremony only wedding and different times will apply as agreed in writing between the Company and the Customer. The latest ceremony time for ceremony only bookings is 12 noon but this will not give sufficient time for a post ceremony drinks reception / canapés and photographs at our venue. If you wish to enjoy any of these services we highly recommend you book your ceremony no later than 11.30am. The earliest time which the bridal party and wedding guests can arrive on site is 10am and it is suggested that the Groom and Groom’s party arrive approximately 20 / 30 minutes before the ceremony to meet the Registrars and finalise the legal requirements before the Bride arrives. • Set up of The Wedding Hut and Beach Weddings Bournemouth site by the Company. • Post and rope fencing to demark the boundaries of the Beach Weddings Bournemouth site. • Up to 45 metres of coconut matting pathway to lead your guests from the promenade to the Beach Weddings Bournemouth site. • Assistance of Beach Weddings Bournemouth team from your enquiry through to your wedding day with us. • At least one representative of Beach Weddings Bournemouth on site during the time of your wedding ceremony. • One discreet security for the time of your ceremony in order to use all reasonable attempts to ensure a smooth running ceremony. • Use of up to 150 white wooden chairs for your guests for the ceremony. Further chairs can be arranged at a supplemental cost may apply please enquire. • Use of one 4 ft table for the signing of the Register inside The Wedding Hut which will be clothed in white linen unless otherwise agreed. • General coastal style décor inside The Wedding Hut and driftwood “Wedding” and “Shoes Optional” sign on a driftwood post in the sand and driftwood arch on the decking to get married under. • Umbrellas on site for the Bride and Groom and immediate wedding party. • Up to 12 persons for a return journey in the Cliff Lift to get access to Beach Weddings Bournemouth. • Provision of battery operated PA music system for processional and recessional music (and during post ceremony drinks reception where required) with the Customer to provide the ipod if required or to advise of tracks required in advance and the Company to provide on an ipod where available. Please note that no responsibility can be accepted by the Company for the lack of operation of this system as it operates without mains power and is provided to the Customer as an additional extra without charge and the Company will use its best endeavours to make sure this and the PA/microphones operate satisfactorily but occasionally difficulties can arise due to matters beyond our control such as weather and mobile phone interference with the signal. • Provision of battery operated PA system and microphones for the registrar, Groom and any readers so the wedding party can hear the ceremony. • The use of one WC close to the Cliff Lift/Beach Weddings Bournemouth site for Bride, Groom and immediate Bridal party only i.e. Bridesmaids, Groomsmen, Parents of Bride, Parents of Groom and children and guests who are unable to walk to the public WCs. Whats not included in a ceremony only booking: • Costs of the Registrars to perform your ceremony. Please enquire, book and pay directly with the Registrars at Bournemouth Borough Council. It is not the responsibility of the Company to arrange for the Registrars to attend your ceremony and we are unable to book this for you for legal reasons. You should ensure that you have booked this service and complied with all requirements to ensure that your ceremony proceeds. Please note that ceremonies will traditionally last around 20 minutes/30 minutes with readings or if you opt for any music during your ceremony. Please ensure that you book your ceremony early enough during your allotted time schedule to ensure you have sufficient time for your ceremony to take place and any post ceremony drinks reception and photographs to ensure that You and your guests are entirely off site by 1pm to ensure that any later bookings are not delayed. • Décor of your marquee or gazebo (please note that no booking will be taken for more persons than the Bride and Groom and two witnesses without a gazebo or marquee in place for rain coverage). • Flowers. • Drinks reception, canapés. • Power. If required this can be arranged by generator and prices will be given on application and will depend on the power requirements. • Any other form of beach games, entertainment etc. • Any private toilet facilities for guests. Public toilets are available approximately 400

metres away or if you prefer private luxury mobile WC facilities can be brought onto the Beach Weddings Bournemouth site at your expense. Please contact us for further information if more provisions are required. The Company reserve the right to request that you cover the cost of additional WC facilities being brought onto the Beach Weddings Bournemouth site if your guest numbers are above x50 and prices can be given where required. Prices for ceremony and wedding breakfast bookings include: • Everything which is included at list above for ceremonies except for the times on site for hire. • Hire of Beach Weddings Bournemouth for your ceremony and catered wedding breakfast guests must depart by 7pm (apart from where the evening reception with the Company has been arranged which can, on occasions be arranged - please enquire). • For our half day catered wedding hire the Bridal party and guests may begin to arrive on site from 1.30pm and the earliest ceremony time is 2pm. Please note that full day bookings for the early and late slots can be made which will allow a ceremony to take place at an earlier time before 2pm– please enquire for availability and pricing. • Silver cake knife for cutting of the wedding cake. • At least one representative of the Company will be on site at all times during your booking - the exact number of staff can be confirmed once you confirm your approximate guest numbers. • Appropriate discreet security will be on site at all times during your booking. Whats not included in fully catered wedding bookings: Please see above clause which applies in full to this clause as if it were repeated. • Marquees, catering tents, breakout spaces for your wedding breakfast – please enquire for size requirements and bespoke prices. Ceremony and wedding breakfast bookings will not be accepted without a booking for a suitable marquee and (where necessary) catering tent and breakout space. • Cake stand. • Any private WC facilities for guests. Public toilet facilities are available approximately 400 meters away from the Beach Weddings Bournemouth site but for 2pm-7pm or full day 10am-7pm bookings with over 50 guests, portable toilet facilities must be booked at your expense. Details can be found in the brochure and prices will be given in your quote. However, these prices are subject to availability. If the toilet company do not have availability for your date and your booking needs to be placed with a different company at a different price, the Company does not accept responsibility for this and this cost must be covered at your expense. Catering packages: Prices for your catering requirements (where applicable) will include crockery, cutlery and professional uniformed waiting staff where stated on your catering package. • A 10% deposit being part payment of your chosen catering package (based on estimated guest numbers at the time of booking) will be required on reservation - full details and contract between you and the catering company will be sent once your ceremony/reception has been booked. • Catering will be provided by our caterers Fish Face Events. No other catering is permitted at Beach Weddings Bournemouth and all food consumed at Beach Weddings Bournemouth must be purchased from the Company. • For a ceremony only booking a minimum spend of £400 applies on canapés. • For catered weddings, minimum guest numbers of x30 adults applies. You may have less guests, but x30 meals will still need to be paid for. • Table cloths and linen napkins are included in your catering package to cover round tables for seating your guests, trestle tables for any bar and service areas and 1 x 3ft round cake table. White linen will be supplied. If alternative colours are required then additional charges will be applied. • Final numbers and dietary requirements and menu orders will be required no less than 1 month prior to your wedding date. After this time additional guests can be added but if the final number of guests is less than booked at this time, we will still need to charge for the numbers booked at this time. • Once final numbers have been provided a final invoice will be raised which will include the balance of the hire charge for The Wedding Hut and Beach Weddings Bournemouth plus any catering and drinks packages. Full payment for the remaining balance must be paid no less than 2 weeks prior to your wedding or event date. • Whilst every effort is made to ensure the accuracy of quotations, prices quoted only become binding once agreed in your catering package and once the Terms and Conditions have come into force. The Company reserves the right to charge additional costs for the catering requirements and/or for the labour in the event that the cost of such items increases between the time of conclusion of the contract and the time of the wedding or event. In this case the price will only be the amount of additional cost directly incurred by the Company and any price change will be notified to you in writing as soon as possible and in any case always prior to the wedding or event. Payment •A non refundable deposit of £750 for a ceremony only booking or £1000 for a ceremony and wedding breakfast booking as part payment of the total cost to the Company is required to be made to us in cleared funds before your booking is confirmed. The balance of the costs will then be invoiced 1 month before your wedding or event and is due to be paid in full no later than 1 month prior to your wedding or event. •Payment can be made by direct payment into our account only – cash and cheque payments are unfortunately not permitted. •The Company reserves the right to charge interest (at the higher of the rate of 8% and the rate specified from time to time in the Late Payment of Commercial Debts Act on late payments and reserves the right to charge reasonable administration expenses for time incurred in chasing unpaid invoices before or after an event either by letter, email or telephone calls. •A 10% deposit being part payment of your catering as required (where applicable) will be required to book your food – full booking information and terms and conditions between you and the catering company will be sent once your ceremony and reception has been booked. Cancellation The following cancellation charges will be applied, which reflect the costs and expenses we may incur on your behalf as the function date nears, and the reduced time available to us to obtain any alternative bookings:


• Cancellation any time after booking - we will retain the deposit in full. • Cancellation between six months before to 1 month prior to the event– you will owe us 50% of the total contract package price. • Cancellation between one month and one week prior to the event - you will owe us 75% of the total contract package price. • Cancellation within one week prior to the event - you will owe us 100% of the total contract package price. Limitation of liability Our liability for losses you suffer as a result of us breaking this agreement including deliberate breaches is strictly limited to the contract package price and any losses which are a foreseeable consequence of us breaking the agreement. Losses are foreseeable where they could be contemplated by you and us at the time your order is accepted by us. This does not include or limit in any way our liability: a. personal injury caused by our negligence; b. under section 2(3) of the Consumer Protection Act 1987; c. for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or d. for any deliberate breaches of these Terms by us that would entitle you to terminate the contract between us. e. for any matter for which it would be illegal for us to exclude, or attempt to exclude, our liability. We are not responsible for indirect losses which happen as a side effect of the main loss or damage and which are not foreseeable by you and us including but not limited to: a. loss of income or revenue; b. loss of business; c. loss of profits or contracts; d. waste of management or office time however arising and whether caused by tort (including negligence), breach of contract or otherwise, even if foreseeable. We are also not responsible for: • Cancellation of your ceremony by the registrars from Bournemouth Borough Council due to late arrival of the Bridal Party. If you are extremely late, the Registrars may be forced to cancel your ceremony if they have other ceremonies to conduct after yours. • Delay of your ceremony as a result of the Registrars from Bournemouth Borough Council being late for your ceremony. • The unlikely case that the Bridal party and guests are unable to arrive at Beach Weddings Bournemouth by the cliff lift if it is out of use. We are not responsible for offering any alternatives although we will do our best in assisting you to arrange alternative transport. • Poor weather. You are strongly advised to ensure that you have booked with the Company a suitable marquee/shelter/gazebo for your ceremony and/or wedding breakfast. We cannot be responsible for any reduction in enjoyment due to matters beyond our control which includes the weather conditions including windy conditions and rain or very hot conditions. We will do all that we can to assist you with changes and last minute requirements to deal with weather conditions. Please ensure that your guests are informed that this is a venue whereby you are having a wedding on a public beach and to be prepared for changeable weather conditions when considering footwear and dress and requirements for children. We can arrange beach accessible wheelchairs if necessary at no additional costs. • Children must be supervised on the beach at all times as we cannot be responsible for children playing in the sand and the sea and the dangers which that can represent. We can arrange nannying or babysitting services for you either on or off site if that assists you. • Cancellation of your wedding or event for any other reason and you are strongly advised to purchase wedding/event insurance. • The acts or omissions of the services of other suppliers at Beach Weddings Bournemouth including the caterers, the staff of the caterers, the marquee company, the florist and any other suppliers involved in your wedding or event. Suggestions of suppliers for you to use is not to be treated as a recommendation and any bookings made will be contracted directly between you and the said supplier. • Parking or costs of parking for wedding party or guests. The best parking is available in the Bath Hill car park near to the Pier which is a pay and display car park and then walk to the site along the promenade. Alternatively on street parking is available at the top of the Cliff Lift by the Highcliff Marriott Hotel and take the Cliff Lift down to the site. We can also arrange exclusive Land Train rides so please enquire for further details. • The actions of members of the public during your ceremony and or wedding breakfast at Beach Weddings Bournemouth. Whilst every possible action is taken by the Company to ensure the peaceful ceremony and wedding breakfast it must be remembered that this is site is situated as part of a public beach and whilst Beach Weddings Bournemouth site is exclusive to you during your booking we cannot be responsible for the actions of others outside the Beach Weddings Bournemouth site during this time. All due care and attention will be taken by the Company to provide you with peaceful enjoyment of Beach Weddings Bournemouth site during your booking. • Any damage or loss occurring to any property belonging to the Bride, Groom or any guests whilst any such items are in our possession for the purposes of wedding décor and gifts and cards left for the Bride and Groom etc. We will assist with setting up and packing away of items as agreed and where we can onward delivery to your evening reception in order to assist couples but we cannot be held responsible for damage or loss to any such items left under our control. Precious or valuable items should be kept under the control of the Bride and Groom or a person appointed by the Bride and Groom at all times. We do not have the storage or security facilities to be able to guarantee the safety and condition of items at all times as we are a marquee based beach venue and our facilities are limited. • Any injury caused to the Bride and Groom or guests from going under the railings around the promenade to get to the promenade or the private WC, kiosk or cliff lift. We do not permit use of the railings as the exit point and the pathways leading to the promenade must be used and we cannot be held responsible for couples or their guests who choose not to use the pathways but the railings instead. responsibility of the Bride and Groom if they or any of their guests or suppliers are injured as a result of ignoring our signage. • We cannot be held responsible for the failure of equipment for music and PA for your ceremony and your drinks reception/wedding breakfast. We operate without electricity and generator unless you decide to ask us to hire in a generator and we try our best to ensure that we can provide a sound system to you without charge via leisure batteries but it must be appreciated that sometimes this does fail through no fault of our own and whilst we have a back up of a BOSE docking station we cannot be held responsible for any overall failures in the equipment or the operation thereof. • Prices for our Drinks Menu are subject to change without prior notification if our suppliers make an increase to ourselves and we need to pass this increase on to our clients. We will endeavour to give as much notification as possible. • Any additional costs you may encounter through the toilet hire company we recommend not being available. The price for WC facilities in the brochure is a guide and prices are subject to availability of the toilet hire company. If the toilet hire company do not have availability for your date and your toilet hire needs to be placed with a different company at a different price, you are responsible for covering this increased cost. Equipment • Any equipment lost or damaged by you or any guest will be charged at the full replacement cost. • Additional charges may apply for the hiring of site kitchens and specialist equipment and, if so these will be stated in your catering package. Labour The Company reserves the right to charge (including for any applicable increased or overtime rates) more for staffing costs should any function run on longer than initially planned or detailed in the catering package through no fault of the Company or the caterers. Miscellaneous Please note that if you book a PM slot with ceremony and wedding breakfast and marquee for your guests and we have an AM ceremony only booking before or after your booking we reserve the right to make use of the marquee for that AM ceremony only if appropriate ie if numbers are appropriate. Some ceremonies don’t require use of a marquee if the numbers are small but a bride may still need to walk through the marquee to make use of the aisle for that purpose. • Bookings will only be taken for a minimum of x80 people for fully catered weddings on Saturdays in June, July, August and September at the discretion of Beach Weddings Bournemouth. • Ceremony only bookings will not be taken for Saturdays in June, July, August and September, only full day exclusive hire bookings will be taken on Saturdays in these months. • Please note that only natural petals and biodegradable confetti are permitted - please do not use paper or foil confetti on the beach as this will be viewed as litter to the beach. Bubbles are a good alternative to traditional confetti. Please ask for further details. If you book for a ceremony only slot and we have a PM ceremony after yours we will not be able to permit the use of confetti inside the marquee as we do not have electricity to enable us to vacuum before the next ceremony ie it needs to be removed by hand. We can assist your photographer in setting up a confetti shot outside for you. • The 6m x 6m Chinese Hat Gazebo is unsuitable for extreme weather conditions. In circumstances of extreme weather conditions we will use our best efforts to notify you in advance that a change of venue may be likely if that is possible but in some circumstances this may not be possible. Please be aware that once your Notices of Marriage have been served for The Wedding Hut it will not be possible for the legal exchange of vows to take place in any other licensed venue on your wedding date unless you decide to serve your Notices for more than one venue. If you decide not to service Notices for a second (back up) venue then you do so at your own risk. If a change of venue for your post ceremony drinks/canapé reception is required then we will do our best to arrange for an affirmation/blessing with your guests but we reserve the right to charge for additional expenses incurred in relocating your drinks/canapé reception and arranging an affirmation/blessing of vows as pre-agreed with you. • Please note that it is a legal requirement that all guests are able to hear the Registrar and the Bride and Groom take their vows. To ensure this we must insist that the Registrar and the Groom wear very discreet microphones which will be clipped to the Groom’s lapel. The microphones will be turned off for the signing of the register to allow the Bride and Groom privacy and will be removed for photos. • At weekends and during school holidays, finding car parking spaces can be difficult. Please ensure your guests allow plenty of time to find somewhere to park to ensure they are not late for the ceremony. Traffic can also be heavy at weekends and during children’s school holidays so as well as ensuring your guests allow extra time for their journeys, please also ensure that the Bride and Groom allow plenty of time to travel from where they are getting ready to the Beach Weddings Bournemouth site. If you are late, it will impact the rest of your day leading to a shorter drinks reception and wedding breakfast. Please also be aware that the Registrars at your ceremony are very busy and will have other ceremonies to conduct at other locations after yours. If you are very late, they may not have time to conduct your ceremony. Beach Weddings Bournemouth are not liable for this. • Ceremonies can now be conducted 24 hours a day. Please contact us for more details if you would be interested in having a sunrise ceremony outside of our normal operating times of 10am-7pm. • Beach Weddings Bournemouth take bookings 7 days a week between 1st April and 30th September with the exception of the day of the Bournemouth Bay Run, The Bournemouth Marathon and the weekend of the Air Festival. Bookings are not taken for future seasons until the dates for these events are known. • We are now permitted to offer a limited number of evening receptions through to midnight meaning you can have your ceremony, wedding breakfast and evening reception with us. This is on a trial basis during 2015 please enquire for further details. • These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by the Laws of England and Wales and the parties submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. Any notice shall be in writing, including by email, to the recipient’s email address as provided herein or otherwise as provided to the other party from time to time. We reserve the right to alter/ add or amend the Terms and Conditions whenever necessary without prior notification.
