For Full-time International Students Description Develop business analysis and professional communication skills with this unique and experiential learning opportunity. Organizations are increasingly recognizing that business analysis services are critical to improving organizational effectiveness, efficiency and financial performance. Business analysts are engaged at all levels of organizations, working on strategic initiatives, operational projects and continuous improvement. Whether you are new to business analysis, an experienced business or systems analyst, a project manager, a program manager, or a consultant, it is important to be effective at defining business requirements and evaluating and recommending solutions that provide value to stakeholders. As an Endorsed Education Provider with the International Institute of Business Analysis (IIBA®), MacEwan offers business analysis training aligned with IIBA’s ® A Guide to the Business Analysis Body of Knowledge (BABOK®Guide) combined with real-world application. In addition, you will develop your verbal, written and non-verbal communication skills and confidence. Topics such as Canadian workplace and intercultural communication will support the development of your English professional communication skills and enhance your performance and success.

Upon Successful Completion

Applicants are solely responsible for applying for and obtaining necessary study permits from government agencies, and for ensuring they meet eligibility criteria for study and work permits.

Students will receive a Business Analysis Professional Development Certificate and a Professional Communication Certificate of Attendance, awarded from the School of Continuing Education at MacEwan University.

Students must have completed a post-secondary diploma or degree with a combination of work experience in industry.

Successful applicants require a minimum English language proficiency of IELTS 6.0 or TOEFL/CBT 80.
