WELLNESS SPIRIT

Wellness is a healthy balance of the mind, body and spirit that results in an overall feeling of well-being. Dimensions of Wellness Wellness is more than being free from illness. Wellness is a dynamic process of change and growth, and we’re here to help you achieve that. There are many interrelated dimensions of wellness; physical, emotional, intellectual, spiritual, social, environmental and occupational. During a fight against cancer, maintaining a level of wellness is extremely important. Light-touch massage, Reiki therapy or auricular (ear) acupuncture can minimize side effects of cancer treatment and help you relax. Peace of mind can come through research done in our library, while working on a puzzle in the lobby can help ease your emotions. Our Wellness Coordinator is on hand to help answer your questions and guide you in your cancer wellness journey.
