The prototype needs to be detailed enough for the users to understand and be able to experience how the final service will look and feel. This leads to the evaluation that is centred on usability aspects. • how easy it is to learn • how effective and enjoyable it is to use Hence, the evaluation is focused on INTERACTION between the user and the service. It is not limited to the user interface, even though this plays an important role in how the user experiences the interaction.

Cycle 2, phase 1 35

The challeng to identify n e is that users coeeds relevant, and nsider different exp the sions they m resay take.

Appreciating Opportunities The focus here is to find what needs users have. We want to find the basis for the design of the systems interface, and its functionality. The overall purpose is to collect sufficient, relevant, and proper data so that stable requirements can be produced. You already have a picture of the requirements, but they need to be expanded, clarified and confirmed.  What is the purpose of the prototype?
