Summer Youth Works! Youth Employment Program 2012

College-bound high school Juniors and Seniors from the Tri-County area got real-world experience with job training and employment this Summer.

Summer Youth Works! Employment Program

Before going to their job sites, program participants attended a week-long employability training where they learned tips for succeeding in college, professionalism, workplace etiquette and financial literacy.

Once training ended, it was time to get to work! Check out the employees on their various job sites‌

At the end of their work period, the program concluded with an awards luncheon in which parents, employers and the employees shared their experience with this program. Consensus: it was a success!
