Welcome to our 2014 Decades of Excellence Sale.
We are selling fewer bred heifers & heifer calves this year, but they also represent the very best our breeding program has to offer.
This year’s sale will be a special one as we have chosen to offer the most outstanding group of females ever to leave Shadybrook. From the heart of the cowherd, we are in effect, dispersing all of our four, five & six year-old cows, including access to our most valued donors in this age group.
Of special note is an interesting bull calf, Qantas. We think he is special and wish to share him with you. Please contact Alan Sears, any of sale staff or any of the Shadybrook crew for details.
Although we recognize we will be losing many of our most productive females, our confidence in the genetics of these females is underscored by the fact that we will be depending on their offspring for our future, as they make up a large portion of our 2 & 3 year- olds.
