The terms of the sale are cash or cheque payable on sale day. All settlements must be made with the sale clerk before any cattle will be released.
Payment Options
Payment in full sale day will be the norm. If special arrangements are needed please discuss with Miles Glasman prior to the sale.
Insurance
We encourage that bulls be wintered here and be tested and examined for early April pick up or delivery. Bulls wintered at here must be insured and we offer an in-house board and insurance package for $399 until mid April 2014. This will be a no question asked policy. If the bull does not semen test or is injured while in our care and is unable to breed by mid April 2014 (or later if delivery is not required) then the bull will be replaced with one of equal value or the purchase price will be refunded. After semen testing full insurance options may be obtained through Keystone Livestock Services, Lois McRae.
Delivery
All bulls will be delivered by early May unless special arrangements have been made at M & J Farms/Glasman Farms convenience. Every effort will be made to get your bull to your farm, however some long distances may dictate delivery to a central point.
Breeder’s Guarantee
All bulls will be semen tested and physically examined by early April, 2014. The bulls are sold with a breeder’s guarantee. If problems arise please notify M & J Farms/Glasman Farms immediately so the replacement or credit towards another bull can be dealt with in a timely fashion. At no time will M & J Farms/Glasman Farms be responsible for more than the purchase price.

Every precaution will be taken to protect the safety and comfort of buyers and guests.
