2A and 3A are 3/4 siblings that are exceptionally thick, well muscled and high performing. Their dams are truly model cows with excellent udders, perfect feet and legs and are easy fleshing. The sire, Bell M Umpire 32Y is a heavily muscled, masculine, dark red bull who has produced an excellent set of calves this year. They all have moderate birth weights with exceptional performance. Both of these calves have what it takes to become future herd sires for any herd.

Herdsire Prospects Choice Lot

These two bull calves sell as choice. They are both sired by Saskvalley Imagine 65X, a solid red polled son of Saskvalley Ramrod 155R that we own in partnership with Saskvalley Shorthorns. This is the first calf crop by Imagine and we are very impressed. They are the most uniform set of calves we have ever had and the heifer calves are without a doubt the best set we have ever had on the farm. That is a very bold statement considering they are following the progeny of Birdtale G Gus 15U! You be the judge, one is solid red and the other is dark roan and both are polled. Image 4A is a dark roan calf with a lot of shape and expression. Like all the Imagine calves, he has exceptional depth of body and travels on very correct feet and legs. The dam traces back to Kenmar breeding and is sired by a bender bred bull that probably had as much muscle expression as any bull we have used. We only have three daughters remaining here and they are among our top producing females and all have perfect udders.

The dam is a very productive, solid red matron that traces back to Four Point breeding on the sire’s side. She also produced the high selling heifer calf at CWA 2011. Herdsire Prospects We are very pleased with the calves by Saskvalley Vigilante 28U. He is siring masculine, thick males and feminine, broody females. 21A is a red polled, deep, thick made bull with that extra hindquarter that everyone is looking for. Scotsdale Karnwood was shown in 1977 as a yearling and was Champion at our Toronto Shows. His sire, Woody Hills Mark 6th was used quite extensively in the Scotsdale herd as he was siring progeny right for the times.Although Karnwood did not see heavy use as his sire, the calves he did sire were outstanding. A large framed bull for his time, he never posed any calving problems. This is a rare opputunity to get proven predictable genetics as this is the last semen we have on him. Semen is stored at East Gen. Guelph, Ont. Selling 4 straws.

We showed them as a pair last year getting 2nd in a tough class at Agribition and at Saskatoon Fall Fair they were named Reserve Champion Female behind 19W’s first calf, Clythe Mane Tillie 75Y, which shows some of the power of this cow family. There should be some outstanding calves from these embryos. Coldpit Creek Leader 6th x is the outstanding beef herd sire at Ralph Larson’s, Corvallis, MT. He is siring thick, meaty, sound made calves that are born easily. We consider Sparkle Delight 2X to be the very best Pioneer daughter we have raised and she is also the best daughter of Prairie Lane Sparkle 1K that we have as well. The resulting calves should have tremendous thickness and be sound structured, as both parents excel inthese traits. We will guarantee a minimum of 2 pregnancies at 70 days providing an experienced embryo technician is used. These embryos are exportable to most countries.

Sparkle is now 14 and will probably not be flushed again, so these may be the last embryos we offer from her. She is one of our all time favorite cows we have owned. Pioneer was the 2006 Canadian National Champion bull and he is still one of our most consistent sires. We will guarantee a minimum of 2 pregnancies at 70 days providing an experienced embryo technician is used. These embryos are exportable to most countries.
