WHO WE ARE Since 2002 CreativaMente designs, produces and sells board games, with the aim of making adults and children to play together, by offering fun as well as learning opportunities. Our philosophy is “LUDO ERGO SUM” (I play, therefore I am). As stated by René Descartes, we think that the game is an effective tool for personal growth and socialization, that can help to improve both individual and interpersonal skills We design and develop games suitable for different age groups and dedicated to several fields of knowledge, such as: Mathematics, Logics, Languages (Italian, English, French, German, Spanish), Grammar, History, Geography, Arts, Music, Colors, Science, Ecology, Yoga. Our games make you have fun and, at the same time, learn and discover new things. In fact, these are playful activities that stimulate the creativity, intelligence and imagination of children, providing them with a real antidote to isolation and helping them to discover their physicality thanks to real and genuine involvement. We are a team of enthusiastic people and we follow every single step in the DESIGNED development of our games: from the first idea to the engagement of domain & MADE IN experts, from the first prototypes and the playtests (involving both children ITALY! and adults) to the selection of the best materials and corresponding suppliers, always and rigorously Made in Italy. The components of all our games are made with high quality materials and are produced in Italy, with the involvement of local companies, in the logic of farm-to-table products. Once the components are delivered to our factory, we assembly the final products within our workshop and eventually stock them in our warehouse in Concorezzo (close to Milan – Northern Italy). From there we directly deliver to our Distributors in foreign Countries as well as to Italian Customers who will give our games the proper value.

DISTRIBUTED BRANDS Beside being publishers, we are also distributors. We have our own sales network made of employees and agents who perfectly know our catalog. We do prefer quality over quantity and we made the strategic choice of distributing only few brands and games, in order to manage them with the same level of care as if they were our own products. These are the brands that we have chosen, because they share our philosophy: • The Lumistella Company is a global intellectual property company dedicated to bringing Santa’s North Pole to life for children around the world through consumer products (Elf on the Shelf ), original entertainment and brand experiences. • Auzou was born in 1973 in Paris and is a family-run company specialized in creating books that excite children thanks to the collaboration of highly talented authors and illustrators. They recently expanded the spectrum of their activity with novels, comics and creative activities, as well as with games and toys. • Chefclub is a global food-themed studio and entertainment brand. The company was founded in 2016 by Thomas, Jonathan and Axel Lang, with the mission of transforming the kitchen into a place for sharing and fun through the creation of entertaining, inspiring and accessible content, products and services. • Sprout is a company that cares about the planet by minimizing waste and developing sprouting products with a second purpose. They contain cement and real stones to compose the artifact. • Crayon Rocks is a US brand that designs totally natural, brightly colored soy waxes that allow children’s little fingers to color easily with their tridigital grasp. • Monumi is a team of people for whom work is a passion and the happiness of a child is the main reward. The careful selection of a group of specialists who develop materials, both in terms of content and graphics, is aimed at ensuring that our products effectively influence the intellectual development of children.

REFILL Creagami is a kit for creating modular origami. This centuries-old Japanese art, which consists of folding sheets of paper in order to create colorful sculptures, stimulates the development of creativity and is often used to relax. The Creagami REFILL allows whoever loves the modular origami technique to have pre-cut cards with folding guides instead of preparing them starting from normal paper sheets. CREAGAMI is a product based on the modular origami technique, which was designed by CreativaMente in 2018 and was officially presented at Spielwarenmesse 2019. Modular origami is an origami technique that makes use of multiple sheets of paper to make a larger and more complex structure than would be possible using single-sheet origami techniques. Each sheet of paper is folded into a module and then the modules are assembled into a flat or three-dimensional composite figure using special ‘flaps’ and ‘pockets’ formed during the folding process. These connections create a tension between the sheets and an adhesion that holds the model together without the use of glue or other materials. The first historical evidence of a modular origami model can be found in a Japanese book by Hayato Ohoka published in 1734. Since then, thousands of hobbyists around the world have made many paper sculptures. Of course, there was no other way than to start with sheets of A4 coloured paper of 80-100 grams, to be folded five times and then cut to prepare all the modules with which to make their own sculpture. In 2018, CreativaMente invented a way to make this technique accessible to the general public, designing a sheet containing 24 pre-cut modules, with creases on the fold lines to facilitate the folding process. An optimised sheet, measuring 20 x 18 cm, was registered as Community Design No. 008074355-0001. From this sheet, CreativaMente designed a large family of products, called CREAGAMI, consisting of a box containing everything needed to make a specific sculpture: the coloured paper sheets and any accessories (e.g. eyes). CREAGAMI were presented to the general public in January 2019 at Spielwarenmesse Nuremberg and, two weeks later, at Toy Fair New York. CREAGAMI products went on sale in April 2019 and were already distributed in 2020 in the following countries: Italy, France, Germany, the United Kingdom, Spain, Poland, the Czech Republic, Austria, Norway, Finland, Sweden, Portugal, Ireland, Belgium, Estonia, the Netherlands, Romania, Switzerland, Hungary, Denmark, Serbia, Slovakia, Luxembourg, the United States, Canada, Australia, New Zealand and Mauritius. The CREAGAMI product line is constantly evolving and to date comprises 32 products. The first 15 models (ladybird, butterfly, turtle, snake, fish, parrot, bee, penguin, octopus, dragon, swan, beginner’s kit, owl, cat and panda) were made by Ms. San San Oo. Afterwards 17 new products were added (chameleon, snail, chick, Christmas kit, spider, llama, T-Rex, sea kit, unicorn, peacock, Leaning Tower of Pisa, Eiffel Tower, tricolour Eiffel Tower, heart, spinning tops and ice cream) designed by Architect Silvana Fusari. At the end of 2021, three years after CreativaMente’s presentation of CREAGAMI, similar products appeared on the market, which use a sheet with pre-cut modules.
