Welcome – Thank you very much for signing up to the third year of #MyWalkForCRY on Sunday 1st October 2023. We are so grateful for your support.

Although we will miss you at the Heart of Durham Walk, we will still be coming together from a distance, to raise awareness and to remember all the young people who have tragically died from Young Sudden Cardiac Death.

The Route

We have come up with a few ideas

• Route length: 3.5 miles

• Start time: 11.00am
