artpostalda, Ticaret Odası'ndan batıya doğru kıyı şeridi görülüyor. Kartpostalın sol köşesinde, Alanya Hanı ile sahil şeridi arasındaki yarı açık çay bahçesi dikkat çekiyor. Çay bahçesi, kentin yakın geçmişinde önemli izleri olan Ziya Paşa Gazinosu'nun yazlık bölümü. Uray Caddesi ve yakın çevresinde ticarethaneleri bulunan tüccarların, yaz sıcaklarındaki uğrak yeri olan yapı, kış aylarında kıyıya vuran dalgalar nedeniyle zarar gördüğünden neredeyse her yaz yeniden yapılıyor[49].

On the left side of the postcard, the semi-open tea house between the coastline and Ziyapaşa Club attracts attention. It is seen that the tea house, which becomes a popular place for the merchants that has firms and offices on Uray Street and its close environs, is damaged as a result of waves during winter and constructed almost in every summer [49].

entin tüccarları, memurları için, öğle tatillerinde uğranan, akşam kahvesi içilen, neredeyse kumsalda bulunan ve denizle iç içe olan çay bahçesinin batı bitişiğinde Taş Han ve Taş Han'ın güneyindeki Taş İskele görülüyor. Taş İskele'nin doğusunda ise Belediye İskelesi ve kartpostalın arka planında Demiryolu İskelesi bulunuyor. Günümüzde, kartpostalda görülen çay bahçesinin yerinde postane binası ve İnönü Bulvarı yer alıyor.
