All the extractions including the root tips have to be done during one visit, which necessitates the use of IV sedation. My general dentist cannot perform any of this work. Anthem Blue Cross Dental Net denied the original pre-authorization request, and subsequent appeal stating that my general dentist can perform the services being referred. Which is absolutely not the case. I even spoke with a customer service rep who indicated that the extraction of residual root tips is definitely a referable service and it clearly states that in their Dental Net Provider Contract. She has no explanation for why the appeal was denied. My primary care dentist has even provided Anthem Blue Cross Dental Net with his specific reasons for referring this work to an oral surgeon and I still can't get anyone at Anthem Blue Cross to re-evaluate the original denial and the appeal and authorize the necessary work. i recently had suv and a pickup truck. ar insurance is about $500 a year through farm family were on the farm policy so its a lot cheaper. I need it for a school project PLEASE HELP! Full Coverage Insurance ripping me off ? I got a wreckless driving dui dropdown in ohio live in kentucky in my Nissan 350z was paying $70 a month for full coverage under my parents plan...
