Presently, BINNOVA GROUP includes 3 members:
I. Guide Lines a) Short History •
Binnova was founded in 1993, and gradually became one of the most representative Romanian companies in the field of technical consultancy and design for water supply and sewage networks, as well as waste water treatment plants.
•
In 1993-1997, Binnova is an active player in accessing the first financing programs of the European Union (MUDP I şi MUDP II).
•
In 1997-1999, Binnova is constantly enlarging its portfolio of clients and services, also approaching the first projects on BERD-PHARE financing programs.
•
In 2000-2002, Binnova is involved in preparing the funds accessing through SAPARD program, on the measure dedicated to the infrastructure works.

During 2003-2006, in close cooperation with the British company Halcrow Group LTD, Binnova is developing important projects on SAMTID-PHARE 2003 programs, and the ISPA application in Baia Mare.

In 2006, 2007 and 2008, Binnova successfully finalizes a large number of projects on funding from the Romanian Government.
•
During 2008-2010 Binnova finalized an impressive number of projects both on governmental and European funding.
•
In 2011 we have completed the contract for the technical assistance during the implementation of the ISPA Project in the City of Baia Mare, as a sub-contractor of Louis Berger SAS, as well as a part of the tender documents for the financing through POS Mediu for the urban agglomerations in Maramures County.
In over 18 years of activity, Binnova has contributed to the raise in quality of living of over 1.300.000 Romanians, meaning over 5% of Romania’s population. Approximately 80% of Binnova’s projects have already been implemented successfully, the rest being currently implemented. 4
b) Staff •
Binnova’s staff: 18 people, of which 30% have more than 10 years of experience in the water field (design and build).

Binnova’s team is involved in a continuous formation program, involving regular trainings (internal or external), or special educational programs (for instance PhD) supported by the Company.
d) Certificates Binnova has implemented the following management systems: ISO 9001, ISO 14001, OHSAS 18001.

I. Introduction Innova was founded in 1991 and presently it offers turn-key solutions in the field of water treatment and waste water treatment, for both municipal and industrial clients. Also, as a member of BINNOVA Group, INNOVA is providing the logistic support for the activity of the entire Group: office building of 500 sqm; assembling and service plant of 1200 sqm.
