2012 Buffalo Seminary Triathlon On Saturday, March 3, Sem held its first-ever Triathlon. Congratulations to the 30 intrepid competitors – including Sem girls, family members and friends – who rowed 750 meters in our gym and then braved 60 mph winds to run from 205 Bidwell Parkway to the Albright-Knox Art Gallery. From there, the athletes ran up and down six flights of concrete steps before heading back to school. Thanks go to Director of Athletics Diana Bennett, Head Rowing Coach Rachel Heckl and our Sem volunteers for making the day a success. On to next year! MORE PHOTOS AT: HTTP://ON.FB.ME/GE3ESN
