Beyond Grey The Fifty Shades phenomenon did wonders for the super sexy subgenre: erotic romance. This month marks the second anniversary of the book that started it all. I’m happy to report erotic romance is still more popular than ever. But... believe it or not... a few “erorom” fans are still stuck in the grey. Here’s an example: I recently had a “what are you reading?” lunch conversation with a coworker. She admitted reading Fifty Shades . . . for the sixth time! The rest went something like this: Me: “What? Why?” Her: “Because I love it and I don’t know what else to read.” Me: *pulls out e-reader from purse* “Welcome to my world.” Thirty minutes later she left with a long list of smoking hot titles. The conversation made me realize some new erotic romance readers are not sure where to go next. It’s like tasting and loving a yummy Thai dish. However, every time you eat Thai, you end up ordering the same exact thing because it’s the safe bet. Take a chance! There’s a wide world of erotic romance out there, my friends. Let me tempt you with a few tasty bites . . . The first erotic romance book I read was written by Lynda Chance. She’s known for her ultra-possessive, territorial, and hot alpha-heroes. Let me tell you,
