How to add Clients to QuickBooks for the First Time?
With the development of technologies, QuickBooks is also evolved. Back when started, QuickBooks Online Accountant was only a portal to access QuickBooks online Clients book but now it’s a lot more. Yes! If you are a QuickBooks user, you must be aware of its incredible uses.
Continue‌.. Now, with QuickBooks Online Accountant, you can manage all your clients and their works in one place. Organize, view contacts information, assign, track projects and collaborate with clients and your team, all with QuickBooks Online Accountant.
Continue….. On the Homepage of QuickBooks
Online Accountant, Go to Add client option upside right on the page.
Continue‌..  Add client information under Client
Contact Information field, including client business details, name, contact numbers, and emails. You can click on +Add more info to add additional details such as business address and all.
Continue….. Choose the subscription with any one
of given discount options. You’ll be shown three options following Wholesale discount, Direct discount and No subscription Right now.
Continue‌.. Note that if you choose Wholesale discount, you will be billed for it and if you choose a direct discount your client will get billed.
Continue….. Now you need to select the product you
want to subscribe that includes QuickBooks Online Plus, QuickBooks Online Essentials or QuickBooks Self Employed. You can also check the product details by clicking Compare.
Continue….. Select if you want to become the
Master Admin of the client’s company. The Master Admin is considered as the most important primary contact or the owner for the subscription.
Continue….. Click on Team access and select the team
members whom you want to give access to the client’s books. You can give access to all team members by checking the box on the top. Click on save and it’s all done. Your client company is subscribed and added to your list.
