Described as “our community’s new planning framework for the future of Chattanooga and Hamilton County area,” Growing Forward is a threestep plan that involves reviewing the past, revising the present, and renewing

plans for the future. The first step, Renewing Our Vision, sets the stage for Growing Forward. Designed as a comprehensive overview, Renewing Our Vision will provide an analysis of changes in our demographics, environment, and infrastructure.
