March 25, 11:44 p.m. A subject who contacted a resident of Springhaven Drive in violation of a restraining order was arrested and booked into the Martinez Detention Facility. March 26, 10:36 a.m. A subject was released on a Juvenile Affidavit after stealing items from a business on Lone Tree Way. March 26, 8:02 p.m. An unidentified person sent a threatening e-mail to a resident of Arch Court. March 26, 10:53 p.m. At a business on Balfour Road, an unidentified person stole two 18-packs of beer. March 27, 3:33 p.m. At a business on Sand Creek Road, a subject was placed under citizen’s arrest for embezzlement. He was released on a Promise To Appear. March 27, 6:10 p.m. A resident of Crystal Spring Circle reported that his personal information was used in a credit card purchase in Massachusetts. March 28, 10:48 a.m. An unidentified person dumped a sofa and chair curbside on McClarren Road. March 28, 3:25 p.m. On Minnesota Avenue at Central Boulevard, an unidentified person brandished a firearm. March 28, 5:58 p.m. On Dumbarton Drive at Dunedin Drive, a subject stopped for vehicle code violations was found to be driving under the influence of alcohol. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. His vehicle was towed. March 28, 8:18 p.m. On Brentwood Boulevard, a subject was found to be intoxicated and unable to care for himself. He was arrested and taken to the Martinez Detention Facility. March 29, 7:56 a.m. A TV was stolen from the garage of a residence on Ralston Court. March 29, 1:42 p.m. On the Highway 4 Bypass at Sand Creek Road, an unidentified person rear-ended another driver and fled the scene. March 29, 10 p.m. An unidentified person

LOGS shattered the passenger window of a vehicle parked on Lone Tree Way and stole an iPod. March 30, 10:40 a.m. An unidentified person forced entry into residence on Armstrong Way and ransacked the house. March 30, 6:23 p.m. An unidentified person shot the window of a business on Brentwood Boulevard with a pellet gun. March 30, 6:28 p.m. In violation of a restraining order, an unidentified person contacted a resident of Newton Drive through a third party. March 30, 7:21 p.m. On Claremont Court, a verbal dispute turned into a physical altercation. March 31, 1:43 p.m. On Lone Tree Way at Heidorn Ranch Road, a vehicle resembling a police car attempted to conduct a traffic stop. March 31, 10:12 p.m. At a business on Chestnut Street, an unidentified person used a counterfeit bill to purchase a pizza. March 31, 10:27 p.m. On Armstrong Way at Hudson Place, two unidentified persons, one of whom was carrying a silver handgun, robbed their victim of a cell phone and car stereo. ANTIOCH April 1, 3:30 a.m. Antioch police officers were dispatched in response to a call for assistance regarding a domestic dispute on the 1700 block of Magnolia Way. Upon arrival, officers saw the female who had made the call walking away from the house. She spoke briefly to the officers, but refused to cooperate, attempting to guide them away from the residence. Officers were already aware of the identity of the person with whom she had been arguing, and that he was on searchable felony probation. As officers approached the front of the residence, Richie Asidanya, a 24-year-old Antioch resident, also on felony probation for drug offenses, opened the front door. When officers informed Asidanya that they intended on searching the residence, he ran into the house but was quickly detained. As officers searched the remainder of the house, they located 21-year-old Antioch resident Frank Stephenson on a mattress

At a business on Chestnut Street, an unidentified person used a counterfeit bill to purchase a pizza. March 31, 10:12 p.m., Brentwood in a bedroom, holding a loaded semi-automatic handgun near his head. Also found in the bedroom were 305 grams of marijuana packaged for sale. Another 60 grams of marijuana was located downstairs, where Asidanya was found. A third female subject, a visitor of Stephenson, was located inside the residence. Stephenson and Asidanya were arrested for possession of marijuana for sale, felon in possession of a handgun, and felon in possession of ammunition. Asidanya was also charged with violation of probation and Stephenson with violation of parole. The female was arrested for possession of marijuana for sale, but after further investigation it was determined that she was not involved. She was released without charges. April 1, 9:33 p.m. Antioch police officers were dispatched to 3421 Hudson Court regarding a 911 call made by a reporting party crying over the phone. At about the same time, security personnel in the area reported hearing shots fired. Upon arrival, officers were directed to an apartment in the complex, where they found the victim, 22-yearold Antioch resident Tereall Eugene Atkins, suffering from at least one gunshot wound. Lifesaving efforts were attempted, but the victim was declared deceased at the scene. On Friday, April 3 at approximately 3 p.m., 20-year-old Montai Glaspie was arrested without incident on Feather Way in Antioch by personnel from the Antioch Police Department, California State Parole and the U.S. Marshall’s Office. He was charged with parole violation and the murder of Atkins. Those with more information should call Detective Bittner at 925-779-6939. March 23 – A suspicious circumstance was reported on the 5000 block of Martin Street March 23 – Incidents of vandalism were reported on the 800 block of Weibel Circle and the 100 block of Laurel Road. March 24 – On Filbert Court at Macadamia Lane, a subject was charged with violating the terms of his probation. March 24 – On the 100 block of Ontario

Street, a subject was arrested for interfering with a public officer. March 24 – On the 400 block of Almondtree Circle, a subject was found in violation of a court order. March 24 – Vehicle accidents with property damage took place on Live Oak Avenue at Main Street, and Empire Avenue at Gateway Drive. March 25 – On Laurel Road at Quail Valley Run, a subject was arrested for possession of marijuana for sale. March 25 – On Big Break Road at Main Street, a subject was cited for driving without a license. March 25 – An arrest warrant was issued on the 300 block of Hazelnut Lane. March 25 – A subject was found to be driving under the influence on the 100 block of Carol Lane. March 25 – Petty theft was reported on the 5000 block of Fernwood Court. March 25 – Incidents of vandalism were reported on the 100 block of Oregano Court, and the 900 block of Almond Drive. March 26 – A vehicle parked on the 100 block of Almaden Court was stolen. March 26 – On West Cypress Road at Waterford Way, a subject was arrested for possession of dangerous drugs. March 26 – Arson was reported on the 1900 block of Chardonnay Drive. March 26 – A residence on the 2000 block of Rubens Way was burglarized. March 27 – An assault with a deadly weapon took place on Sunrise Meadow at Walnut Meadows Drive. March 27 – On the 800 block of Almond Drive, a subject was arrested for public intoxication. March 28 – On the 200 block of East Home Street, a subject was found to have received stolen property. March 28 – Malicious phone calls were made to a resident of the 1300 block of Yosemite Circle. March 29 – Arrest warrants were issued on Laurel Road at Oak Grove Drive, and the 5400 block of Sunset Meadows Lane. March 29 – Cases of misdemeanor driving under the influence occurred on Laurel Road at Oak Grove Drive, and Carol Lane at Main Street.
