The accident happened on a roundabout I was already on, someone pulled out on me and I T-boned the side of their car. Looking for some advice. Someone I know was caught driving a stolen vehicle. She did not know the vehicle was stolen. Her passenger was claiming to be the new owner of the vehicle.
