LS 2012 Dion BASS Cornerback  5-9  197  Sophomore  1L Centennial High School  Corona, Calif. 2012: Did not play. 2011: As a true freshman, earned a spot on the depth chart as a backup cornerback .. played in 10 of 12 games and totaled 12 total tackles (10 solo and two assists) on specials and on defense. High school: As a senior at Centennial High School (Corona, Calif.), he averaged four tackles per game (totaled 56) in addition to grabbing two interceptions in his first season at cornerback after playing at running back ... started on a team that had 39 wins in three years, two CIF championships and one state championship ... one of five brothers to play at Centennial ... a “shutdown” corner.
