TYLER WILLIAMS Tyler Williams of Greenwood earned her bachelor’s degree in political science from the University of Central Arkansas. While at Bowen, she completed externships with the Pulaski County Public Defender's Office; the Arkansas Public Defender Commission, Capital, Conflicts and Appellate Office; and the Arkansas Attorney General's Office, Consumer Protection Division.
