JULIETTE STANCIL Juliette Stancil of Robersonville, N.C., earned her bachelor’s degree in exercise and sport science and women's studies. At Bowen, she earned the Dean's Certificate of Public Service and completed an externship with the United States District Court for the Eastern District of Arkansas, Judge James M. Moody. Stancil also clerked with Mays and Byrd Law.
