‘Fractured families – Finding paths to healing: a Trialogue' Tuesday 13 October 2015 th

This year we will explore how relationships can become fractured as a result of living with serious mental illness. In considering how to respond to such ruptures a number of important questions will be considered: Is it possible to restore relationship fractures or does this risk even more distress? What happens when relationships cannot be repaired? What might other perspectives including those of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander People offer to a consideration of healing and relationships? These questions will be explored through the process of trialogue or three way conversations between consumers, families and practitioners.
