SMALL STEPS ARE STILL STEPS!

Set small, realistic, attainable goals BEFORE the holidays so you know how and when to get right on track when Thanksgiving is over.

MAKE A HEALTHY CHOICE! Make healthier choices if possible! On my YouTube channel I have a “how to” video on making a sweet potato pie that’s just as delicious with all natural ingredients. This can be an example of staying healthy while also enjoying yourself!

PREPARE . If you know you’re going to eat not so healthy, challenge yourself to an extra 30 minutes of exercise the next time you hit the gym.

CUT THE EXCUSES! Don’t use the “It's the holidays" excuse to create bad habits. Have your fun on Thanksgiving guilt-free knowing that the next day you will be right back on track.

* Please adjust this routine to your body's ability. Push yourself, while knowing when your body has had enough. From beginners to bodybuilders, this routine will challenge you. If you don't have access to a gym (considering that your gym may be closed for Thanksgiving) use dumbbells or even a bag of books. Not at the level of adding weight yet? Not a problem! Just go with your body-weight alone and you will still break a sweat. If you need a break take one! Just get right back to your routine after! Don't forget your water!! You will need it!

Treadmill: 10 Rounds of Sprints (40 seconds on treadmill, 20 seconds off)

Squats (weighted; squat rack; dumbbells) 4 sets of 10 reps

Walking Lunges 4 sets of 15 reps (each leg)

Weighted Glute Bridges 4 sets of 12 reps

Weighted Step-Ups 3 sets of 12 reps (each leg)

You are known for your award winning modeling, TOI: acting, and directing internationally for over a decade. What intrigued you to start your prosperous and consistent career in the entertainment industry?

TAZ:

The love, passion, and challenges that come with the performing and entertaining field. Looking back at every film you've been a part of, TOI: whether acting or directing, which one had the most unexpected challenges occur? I have to say it was more of a learning curve and TAZ: not an obstacle when I was directing my first film ("The Briefcase"). Anyone who knows you knows that you are one of TOI: the few individuals to create and/or be a part of a nonbudget film. How did you come up with the conclusion that a non-budget film is possible? Did you ever have any doubts throughout the process of going through with a non-budget film? The passion and go getting nature drove me to TAZ: create work instead of just wait to be a part of someone else's work, and with out any doubt in sight I believed in myself, the project and team or I wouldn't have gone too far beyond the start line. You've been in the entertainment industry for so TOI: long and have the awards to add to your success; are you content or are you going to continue acting and directing? Never content. Never cruise control. You never TAZ: want to just settle. Keep the same motivation you had when you were the underdog and you will keep moving forward.

Are you working on any films currently? TOI: A buddy cop movie that will bring everything you TAZ: loved about bad boys and rush hour with a very unique element to the mix.

Okay Tazito, we know that you reside in Canada and Thanksgiving has passed, but in the U.S. it hasn't yet!! So for the sake of your fans in the United States, we would like you to tell us what is the one thing from 2017 that you are exceptionally grateful for?

TAZ:

I`m always grateful for many things. Everything I have and strive for...but if I were to choose just one, it`s to be able to get up healthy in the morning and do what I love and love what I do.
