elcome everyone to our dispersal. I always wondered what to write for a dispersal and it seems to be the same response as others write. You have mixed emotions with selling them since it’s something that I love doing but life requires me to slow down. These cattle have a lot more potential than I have pushed them to do as I have not taken a lot of time to market some of the great genetics I have had. My breeding’s have been spread out since that is a little easier for me to handle given my work schedule. I tried to breed my keepers for calving at two and a half or three years old seeing that seems to be easier on them and they rebreed better also, so their breeding’s are a bit scattered and I haven’t been consistent in watching heats this year either. Should the purchaser fail to settle for his purchase, David Carson Farms and Auction Services Ltd. reserves full power to resell the animal to the best advantage, either publicly or privately, without further notice. All settlements must be made with the clerks of the sale before any cattle will be released. Purchasers are requested to furnish shipping instruction when making settlement. GUARANTEE All animals will carry standard breeding guarantee as specified by the applicable Canadian breed Association. At no time shall the sellers liability exceed the purchased price of the animal. EXCEPTION TO GUARANTEE In cases where the animal is subjected to any hormonal or surgical reproduction techniques after the sale, the guarantee shall be null and void. In the cases of bulls, they are guaranteed to breed naturally according to applicable Canadian breed Association guarantee, but no guarantee is given that semen from any bull will freeze. HEALTH It is the buyers responsibility to determine health requirements for importing any animal into his province or state. David Carson Farms and Auction Services Ltd assumes no responsibility for the health status of any animal in the sale.
