Our promise to you
This charter lays out the minimum service levels you can expect to receive from shopping with a Boossh Mentor. All our Mentors are self employed but as a customer of Boossh your weight loss journey and the quality of service is important to all of us. There are several ways you can purchase Boossh from your local mentor. E-Catalogue. You simply enjoy browsing your selected Mentors e-catalogue and place your products in your shopping bag. When you complete your order, your shopping bag is received directly by your Mentor. • • • • • • •
Your Mentor will acknowledge your order within 24 hours Your Mentor will communicate with you to discuss how and when you will receive your order. Notify you of any out of stocks they may have and inform you when they will arrive. Offer you a range of support options, please note these maybe different for each mentor. You will receive loyalty points when you shop through their e-catalogue, these will appear in My Boossh Hub area for you to see. You will be able to use these LP next time you shop but only with this same Mentor. Be available to assist you with any questions or queries you may have.
Ordering by Email. You can send an order by e-mail to your Mentor. Please note you will not receive loyalty points on this order as it not placed through the auotmated systems. • • • • •

Ordering by Telephone You can telephone your order to your Mentor. Please note you will not receive loyalty points on this order as it not placed through the automated systems. • • • • •
If you have left a message for your Mentor, they will contact you within 24 hours. Your Mentor will communicate with you to discuss how and when you will receive your order. Notify you of any out of stocks they may have and inform you when they will arrive. Offer you a range of support options. Please note these maybe different for each mentor. Using your Mentor Unique ID - Your order is shipped by Boossh Head Office You can order at the Boossh checkout and add your Mentors ID. This means Boossh will ship your order to you via DPD on behalf of your Mentor. Your Mentor will know you have placed this order and will be in touch to offer you support, help and on going assistance.

Cost for Extra Support Services Your central support tools are all available free of charge from the main Boossh website. However, Boossh Mentors may offer different and extra support services & complimentary products that you may find very beneficial. If group support sessions are offered, please check any additional costs that your Mentor may charge. These services are offered by your Mentor outside the terms of supplying you the Boossh products. This charter is only applicable for the supply of Boossh products and associated Boossh support and advice.
Policy and Terms All Boossh Mentors work within the same policies as the main Boossh website, these are available to view in My Boossh Hub area. It will explain about swapping Mealpaks and canceling orders. You can also view FAQ at www.boossh.com Payment for Boossh Products/Services paid directly to your Mentor •
You have entered into a sale with an independent Boossh Mentor, this transaction is between you and them, it does not involve Boossh Limited. Boossh Limited cannot refund, replace, collect monies paid or intervene on any transaction made between two parties. If you have had a poor experience or an issue we would like to know at Boossh HQ. To Boossh, you need to create your user details at the main Boossh Website. This will give you access to all the food and snack lists along with each weight management plan instructions. You will receive news, updates and gain access to blogs and other helpful areas where all fellow boosshers discuss, chat and share top tips. As part of this user registration, it will ask you to read over the health declaration. This is important to read before you embark upon any weight loss journey using Boossh products. Your Mentor will also have a A5 copy of the health declaration for you to read. A Mentor cannot supply you any Boossh product until you have created your user details at www.boossh.com and agreed to the health declaration and data protection information.
Central Support As a customer of Boossh, whether you order from a Mentor or not, there is central support at our main Boossh website. So please do enjoy all the following features. • • • •

Ebay/Gum Tree or other classified advert sites - Warning No mentor is permitted to sell any Boossh products on Ebay or any other website other than Boossh.com. We have a protocol of health checking and data protection and this cannot take place if you purchase through Ebay. Many items sold on Ebay maybe faulty, such as products kept in direct sunlight, smell of smoke or contaminated in other ways. A Mentor or Boossh cannot exchange any products purchased second hand from Ebay. We track product batch codes and spot checks on Ebay sellers. If you feel a Mentor is in serious breach, please do let us know as it could be very dangerous to your or others peoples health.
Complaints If you feel your Boossh Mentor has not complied with this basic charter of customer service, please let us know at theteam@boossh.com We are committed to providing all our customers with a quality service, whether this is directly through the Boossh website or through any approved self employed Mentor who works under an agreement to sell the Boossh products.
