The Stunt Snail

One day, Salina snail was walking home from snail school, when she found a very strange shaped parcel on the doorstep. She took it inside. She opened it - she wasn’t very sure what It was.
She asked her Mum what it was. She didn’t know what it was. Salina thought she would never find out, but she was wrong. “I’m sorry, I don’t know” “Oh”
Today her best friend Sally was coming to play. Would she know? Then Sally came. Salina asked Sally if she knew. She did. She said it was a skateboard. “A skateboard?” said Salina. “Why would someone give me a skateboard?” “I don’t know” said Sally.
The next day they found out who had sent the board. It was Simon. He had thought she might like it. But in a couple of minutes she liked it. She thought it would be fun to dress up as a stunt snail.
She didn’t know she was skateboarding. Luckily Sally saw this and ran to get Salina’s parents. As soon as they came, Salina was astonished. “Why are you all here?” she asked. “I am a stunt snail.” “You mean stunt snail?” “That’s what I said.” “Oh!” they said.
Salina and Sally walked home. On the doorstep there lay an envelop and a parcel. “What is it, what is it.” “I don’t know, open it” said her Mother. Inside was a helmet and knee pads. “Wow!” Salina tried them on. “Do they fit?” “Yes they do” “Fantastic” said her parents. She went…
