Terms & Conditions Anticipated Guest Count – All counts on expected guests must be specified one week prior to the event date. This count represents the minimum guaranteed number of guests that will be prepared and billed for. Any additional guests, not included in this count, will be billed upon the conclusion of the event, in compliance with our overset policy. Deposits & Payments - A non-refundable deposit of $500.00, unless otherwise noted, is required to reserve the date, time and location of the event. All deposits are non-refundable and non-transferable regardless of circumstance. The remaining balance is to be paid in full not less than five (5) business days prior to the function. All final counts for the total number of guests are required at least seven (7) days prior to the event. The balance will be determined by the guaranteed number of guests. All costs over and above the original, contractual estimate will be due upon the conclusion of the event. All deposits and payments shall be in the form of check or cash. Credit/Debit cards will not be accepted as a means of payment. Decoration - All decorations, including subcontracted arrangements and the placement of decorations must be approved by The Bolero Resort & Conference Center/Blue Water Grille. Items may not be attached with nails, staples, tape, or other substance to prevent damage to fixtures & furnishings. Fog/haze machines are strictly prohibited for use in all function space. Extending Scheduled Function Times - The Bolero Resort will make every effort to accommodate guest requests for extending scheduled functions. Functions which extend beyond the original, contractual time frame allotted for the event, may incur additional costs which will be due at the conclusion of your function. Food & Beverage - All food and beverage, with the exception of special occasion cakes and pastries, must be provided by the Blue Water Grille. No food or beverage supplied by the Blue Water Grille is permitted to leave the facility. Function Space - The hotel reserves the right to alter function space based upon an increase or decrease in the number of estimated guests. Liability - Blue Water Grille and Bolero Resort & Conference Center does not assume responsibility for personal property and equipment brought onto the premises. Liquor Liability – In accordance with the liquor laws governing the State of New Jersey and the City of Wildwood, a guest must be at least 21 years of age in order to consume alcoholic beverages. The Blue Water Grille and Bolero Resort & Conference Center, reserve the right to exercise the necessary legal responsibility and social obligation in refusing further service to any guest who has been determined to be intoxicated. Minimum Guests - Minimum number of guests may apply for certain items & packages as displayed below: Buffet Minimums: Breakfast: 25 Lunch: 30 Plated Minimums: Breakfast: 20 Lunch: 25 Failure to reach minimum guarantee may result in pricing increase.

Overset – A 3 - 5% overset will be granted for all events, unless otherwise noted in the event contract. This figure represents the percentage of guests that will be allotted over and above the anticipated guest count. Parking - Parking on the Blue Water Grille and Bolero Resort & Conference Center property is complimentary. The resort is not responsible for loss or damage to automobiles or the contents of automobiles, while parked on the Resort’s property. Supplemental Charges - Linen charges, room rental, setup and bartender fees may apply. Pricing & menu items subject to change without notice. Additional 20% gratuity and 9% sales tax applicable to all events. Any tax exemption forms must be presented prior to the event.

Introduction

The Bolero Resort is a unique venue in the Wildwoods, which is perhaps why hundreds of people before you have chosen us to host their events. Whether you are interested in a large, extravagant event, or a small, intimate one, we have everything you need to create those special memories that everyone dreams of. Our facility offers numerous amenities that are sure to cater to your needs. The Blue Water Grille, our multi-story restaurant and bar, offers seating for up to 400 guests. Those interested in smaller venues will find our glass room, with table seating for 60, the perfect fit. Businessmen and women will be pleased with our two conference rooms, both capable of seating 80 – 100 people. For those traveling from out of town, our hotel consists of 119 units, with various room types, certain to accommodate everyone. We at the Bolero realize that there are many options when it comes to choosing the prefect venue and truly appreciate the opportunity to work with you. Throughout this guide, you will find some of the many options we offer. If you should choose to host your event with us, one of our event specialists will be available to guide you through the catering process, every step of the way. While this guide illustrates the most requested items and packages, we are not limited to these alone. Thank you for considering the Bolero Resort & Conference Center as your catering host.
