WHAT DO THE WORDS

“COMFORT FOOD” MEAN TO YOU?

Maybe they invoke memories of mom’s pot roast, or grandma’s special meatloaf. Or maybe the Cajun gumbo you ate at that restaurant in New Orleans. At the Brick Oven Bistro, what comfort food means to us is fresh, wholesome ingredients and made-from-scratch recipes slow cooked and served by friendly folks in an environment that is as welcoming and unpretentious as the family table. And if you can imagine recipes prepared by a dozen different moms or grandmas, you’ll appreciate why the Brick Oven Bistro has been the place to go for adventures in comfort food for over 20 years.

S l ow f o o d s e rv e d f a s t Along with all of our comfort food standards, we are constantly innovating our menu with new entrees, soups, stews and desserts. So, drop by and see us.
