YOUTH MOUNTAIN BIKE SCHOOL Mountain biking is a lifelong sport and is perfect for the natural surroundings we find ourselves in each day living here in Boise. Boise Parks & Recreation is proud to partner with the Southwest Idaho Mountain Biking Association (SWIMBA) to help teach basic riding skills, safety, bike maintenance and riding etiquette. All classes are designed to improve young riders’ confidence, fitness level, strength, coordination and a lifelong love and appreciation for mountain biking. To help ensure everyone has a positive experience please be sure to bring your maintained bike, helmet, gloves, sunglasses, water bottle (camel packs are great!), a snack, and proper dress for the weather. Classes will meet at the SWIMBA bike shed (next to tennis courts) at Fort Boise Community Center.
