L’azienda ha un mercato interno, un CSA stagionale (Agricoltura sostenuta dalla comunità) e fornisce prodotti freschi ai ristoranti locali. La
fattoria produce anche alcuni prodotti, quali salse piccanti e sale al pepe, utilizzando le svariate qualità di pepe coltivato. Le salse, Awsome, Sissy, Death Sauce, Scotch Sunrise e Canyu Cayenne, hanno caratteristiche proprie e diversi gradi di piccantezza. Il Sale
Eagle Street Rooftop Farm, co-founded by head farmer Annie Novak is a 6,000 square foot organic vegetable farm located atop a warehouse in Greenpoint, Brooklyn. The farm supplies an onsite farm market, a seasonal CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) and fresh produce to local
restaurants. They also make their own products such as several styles of Hot Sauces and their Pepper Salt using the farm’s many varieties of peppers. The sauces, named Awesome, Sissy, Death Sauce, Scotch Sunrise and Canyu Cayenne, each have their own characteristic and heat.
