Removefromoven,turnupto180°C/350°F.Removefoil,drizzle witholiveoil,thenreturnribstoovenfor15minutesoruntilrub becomesniceandcrusty.Lineanewtraywithfoilthenbaking/ parchmentpaper.Removeribsfromoven,transfertolinedtray.
