Fall 2021 Dear Fellow Cattle Producers, Welcome to the 1st Annual Blackbelt Marketing Company Fall Ball Replacement Heifer Sale! It is a privilege to offer this outstanding set of replacement females and virgin bulls for your consideration. The bred heifers are bred for winter and spring calves. A few will calve during November and they will be offered as pairs on sale day. The open heifers and virgin bulls are truly exceptional and allow you to put together half-sib groups. On Friday, November 19th, you will have the opportunity to choose from genetics that are highly sought after and rarely available. Each individual offered has been screened for quality and structural correctness. The performance has been bred into each of the individuals offered for your consideration. Additional videos, photos and information can be found on our website. If you have any questions, please give us a call, a text or an email. The full catalog will be available on sale day. If you are unable to attend the sale in person, we will handle your bids in a most confidential manner. Cattle will be ready to view at 7:30 a.m. on Friday, November 19th at the Alabama Livestock Auction in Uniontown, AL. This group of purebred Brahman and heavy ear influenced bred heifers are sure to please.The purebred Brahman heifers are bred to a Debter Hereford bull that is in the top 15% of the breed for milk EPD. The heavy ear influenced heifers were pasture exposed to both an Angus and Red Angus bull loaded with genetics to improve carcass traits.

True Brangus commercial heifers out of the keeping pen. Heifers are out of Blackwater and CDP genetics on the top and bottom. Bred to calving ease Brangus Bulls. These heifers are primarily black with a few BWF. Will start calving in December 2021

These girls are true F1 Tigerstripes. They are bred to a Brangus bull that is in the top 15% for calving ease, top 10% for birth weight and top 20% for calving ease maternal EPD values. His paternal grandsire, Brinks Brightside 607L11, is an AI sire known to produce daughters excelling in udder quality, fertility and longevity. The open heifers are just younger versions of the bred heifers. Will start calving in March 2022

2020 Fall born registered SimAngus heifers from the Next Step Cattle Company Program, These heifers are from the replacement pen and will be ready to breed to the bull of your choice and your calving season. These heifers are deep bodied and thick. They also will add femininity and grace to any cow herd.

This set of 40 bred heifers will be the foundation of any herd in the southeast. These Brangus sired heifers were raised by true F1 Brahman-Hereford females and are bred back to low birth weight Brangus bulls. These females will calve from early November through early February. There is a good possibility that a few of these females will be selling as pairs instead of bred heifers.

These heifers are the exact same genetics as their older bred sisters! They are Brangus sired heifers out of true F1 Brahman-Hereford dams. Packed with volume and capacity, what an opportunity to start a herd. They can be bred to fit your breeding season and selection of service sire.

This offering of 10 Brahman bulls are all half-brothers sired by Mr. V8 822/7. Their sire was bred by Rachel Cutrer of Wharton, TX and purchased by DCJ Ranch.

Here is a set of half-brothers out of the Ned and Jan Ward bull NJW 135U Hometown 63A ET. These long yearling polled bulls are similar in type and kind and ready to work this breeding season. They are structurally correct with a smooth and easy stride with abundant thickness over their tops. 45 True F1 Angus Brahman Heifers and First calf heifer pairs. Very nice set of true F1’s from a top Brahman influence ranch. Pairs will sell with calves at side and the remainder will be heavy bred heifers. Bred to calving ease Angus Bulls. The open heifer are the same genetics as the bred heifers, only 1 year younger! Solid group of Brahman cross genetics. This offering will feature true F1 Brahman-Hereford crosses, Brahman sired out of Brangus cross cows, Brahman sired out of Simmental cross cows and Brangus sired out of Brangus cross cows. These fancy, 2020 born open heifers are Brahman sired out of Brahman crossbred cows or Brahman sired out of Brangus crossbred cows. This is an outstanding group of moderate framed, muscled Hereford bulls ready for the upcoming breeding season. They are structurally correct and sound with volume, spring of rib and excellent muscling. Steer contemporaries had an ADG of almost 4 lbs./day in the feedlot in 2020-21. This is a fancy set of BWF and RWF Brangus, and Debter Hereford sired bred heifers from cross bred dams. These heifers will be showing a flick up to 1/4 ear. Heifers have passed a pelvic measurement exam and are adapted to fescue. They are bred to calving ease, low birth weight EPD Angus bulls packed with maternal milk and muscle. Heifers will be easy keeping kind, moderate framed and deep bodied.


Monroe Cattle is sharing the keepers! Consigning 11 bred heifers that are the real cowboy kind, These girls are half Brahman genetics with a few half+. Fancy set with brindle, black and greys in the group that are deep bodied and slick hided. Bred to LBW Angus bulls.

This is a tremendous set of Brangus cross bred heifers that all possess plenty of volume, spring of rib and muscling. Heifer 7 is a Hereford sired heifer out of a Brangus cross cow. The remaining four heifers are out of a Brangus sire and Brangus cross cows. All five TM heifers are bred to an Ultrablack bull from Southern Cattle Company that is packed full of growth and muscling. December calving.

These are true F1 Hereford-Angus heifers bred to low birth weight EPD SimAngusTM bulls. Their sire is a Drummund-Sparks Hereford bull and their dams are Green Garden purebred Angus cows. These females have plenty of depth of body and spring of rib. Service sires are maternal half-sib SimAngus TM bulls from the Timberland Cattle Company, Inc. program. Will start calving in February 2022


Sired by Brahman bulls, these half-blood bred heifers are moderate, thick and will produce big calves throughout their lifetime. They are bred to a low birth weight EPD Angus bull and will calve from January through March.

This set of Santa Gertrudis bulls has been bred and raised to work on fescue. They are moderate in size and a solid, deep, dark red and are part of a Santa Gertrudis breeding program dating back to 1972. All bulls in this offering are paternal half-sibs. For the past four years, the same buyer has purchased the steer mates and retained ownership through the feedyard and sold them based on their carcass characteristics. These are Angus Plus heifers selected from the farm's own replacement group. Heifers are all black and BWF. They are raised on Blackbelt soils and adapted to fescue. Heifers will be showing a flick of ear and will be bred to low birth weight Hereford bulls.

There will be trucking available through Alabama Livestock Auction if you need heifers delivered to your operation.
