Foreword Introduction My name is Bill Dickason resident in Perth Western Australia. Born in Johannesburg, South Africa. I chose to immigrate to the beautiful an scenic innocence of “God’s Own Country” New Zealand in 2001 where I spent eleven years of my life ensuring a secure future for my four sons as opportunities were diminished due to a shift in Political environments in 1994. This move was in midstream of my life and it was necessary to sacrifice all I had worked for back in my country of birth. In 2012 greener pastures or probably better to say more lucrative opportunities presented themselves in Australia and after much deliberation once again I uplifted my shallow roots and made the move to Australia where I plan to settle and retire comfortably. However this is not about me it is all about YOU and how I can try to help you to save time, energy and mountains of money and not to endure my struggles and expense to the point of where I find myself today. I am no expert in this whole internet business but I have certainly paid my school fees in tuition because of my lack of knowledge and that is why I decided to create this educational layman’s tutorial guide to make it so much easier for any other aspiring ENTREPRENEURS who are in the predicament where I spent most of my time trying to make headway. I trust that you will see the value in my efforts to start you on your road to your own success and if absolutely needed you are welcome to contact me to render some assistance if you find any difficulty along the way. I have tried to keep the instruction as simple as possible and please believe me if I can do it then anybody can do the same. The videos along the way will show you just how easy it can be.

THE VISION To start any business or venture requires vision and a belief in what your anticipation might be. With your vision, dream or idea you will be having a tough time sorting out the priorities and pro’s and con’s. Sometimes we are so intrigued and before we know it we are on a different tangent completely. Please believe me I have lost many days if not weeks falling victim to my own lack of focus. FOCUS is the key ingredient. Once you have identified your Business you need to write down on paper your step by step ideal and how you want to structure your start up and the plan you have to get there. We all have elaborate visions and can see $$$$ signs rolling in and in many cases that is exactly our downfall. The haste to get to the money leaves us completely open to “DIGRESSION AVENUE” and become tempted by cunning shortcuts that promise overnight success and before you even know it you are off on another TANGENT and inevitably signing up for someone else’s mailing list. It is many years later for me and please believe me there are still occasions where I am the master of my own demise by allowing myself to get sucked in by professional and clever marketing techniques. Trust me, you can rest assured that you will be led up an interesting garden path that leads to easy 1,2,3 set ups but you have to submit your email address for more information and the marketing is so convincing that by the time you have been captured and almost believe you are onto your ultimate solution suddenly there is a FREE trial offer that further convinces you but tells you nothing that you don’t already know until you hit the BUY NOW button and BINGO you are hooked and it is too late once you find out that everything they have offered you, you already know and then they will take you deeper into what you believe you don’t know and it WILL cost you $$$$’s for an upgrade to premium information.
Brainstorming To start any business or venture requires a good plan and this is critical before you start. Here are some examples of how to find and structure your plan to reach your niche market.
Brainstorming Continued. Once you have got your ideas defined and remember this is your brainchild ! It is important that you share your brainstorm chart with someone who has not been involved at all and has no clue what you are on about. This may sound ridiculous now but once you have done it you will suddenly see that there are dimensions you had not even considered because everybody is different and we all see things differently. Share it as many times as you can. Redefine rewrite key points, rethink structure. BEWARE !!!! Please this is important. Do not take negative comments personally as any input from anybody is positive and simply creates an opportunity for you to rethink your strategy. REALITY My favourite quote comes from a man that revolutionised life as we know it today and I base my philosophies, dreams and aspirations on his outlook. The Plan It does not matter what type of Industry or concept you have in mind to launch a business. You might want to import buttons from China to retail to clothing manufacturers. You might be baking biscuits at home to sell to retail outlets such as schools etc. One thing you must remember that just like you, there are another million doing exactly what you are doing already. So now you think what is the point in me doing the same thing? Well that right there is where your opportunity is staring at you right in the face. It is working for those businesses so that means that there is a market for your business. If it is working for them it can work for you !!! Visit their sites, see what makes them successful. Learn from their techniques and mould them to work in your business. They have tried and all sorts of avenues and discovered a formula that works. Use those formulas to your advantage and refine them to suit your own business plan. Some useless information FYI The world’s population is now more than 7 billion and continues to grow by 82 million people per year. During the last half-century, the world’s population more than doubled. Between 1960 and 2010, the world population rose from 3 billion to 6.8 billion. In other words, there has been more growth in population in the last fifty years than the previous 2 million years that humans have existed. Currently the rate of population increase is 1.2% per year, which means the planet’s human population is on a trajectory to double again in 58 years.
