ancy Stover’s experience includes seven years working for Aspen Glen overseeing project marketing, construction and sales. The development comprised of an eighteen hole golf course and clubhouse that resulted in over 200 lots sold. Nancy also worked for Village Homes, the largest privately owned developer out of Denver and sold all of the Cardiff Glen II development. She then moved on to Castle Valley Ranch development and sold homes for Village Homes. Working on development projects for over 10 years has given her the expertise required to sell your townhomes!
