Over 130 women have taken the field for the Notre Dame softball program since its inception in 1989. The Irish have posted 23 winning seasons in as many years with 13 consecutive trips to the NCAA Tournament. In addition, Notre Dame has earned 109 individual allBIG EAST accolades since joining the league in 1996.
