Communication with local planning team in destination throughout the process to obtain bids, capabilities and manage the entire design process from afar.
$13,500is the fee for planning and design with Beth Helmstetter throughout $22,500 the planning process as well as onsite management. Onsite staffing is billed at $250 per associate/per day. For the wedding weekend as I understand it, I anticipate, 2 to 3 associates at the rehearsal & welcome party ($500 to $750), 6 associates on the wedding day ($1500) and 2 associates at the brunch ($500) for a total anticipated investment of: $25000 to $25250
TRAVEL FEES While we love to travel, with your venue being over 50 miles outside of West Hollywood, all travel expenses for both scouting trips and throughout the implementation of your wedding, would be an additional expense. Upon request, we would be happy to prepare a travel quote for you.
