Born in Holon, Israel in 1980, Idan completed his flm studies at Sapir College in his home country. His debut feature flm Inertia premiered in the Berlinale Forum. In 2017, he participated in Berlinale Talents. Alongside his work as a director, he is also a journalist and a scriptwriter for Israeli television.

Moshe Rosenthal graduated from The Steve Tisch School of Film and Television at Tel Aviv University. He writes and directs for flms, commericials, television and web series. His short flm Sabaton won Best Director Award at Jerusalem FF, and Best Short Film at Zlin FF. His short flm, Our Way Back was nominated for an Israeli Academy Award. His web-series, Confess, was the frst Israeli web-series to be picked up by an American TV network, with AMC developing an American adaptation. Karaoke is Moshe’s frst feature.
