Social Dance-Beginning 0 2 1 This course introduces the fundamentals of popular social dances. Emphasis is placed on basic social dance techniques, dances, and a brief history of social dance. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate specific dance skills and perform some dances. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement for transferability as a premajor and/or elective course requirement.

Coaching Soccer 1 2 2 This course introduces the theory and methods of coaching soccer. Emphasis is placed on rules, game strategies, and selected techniques of coaching soccer. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate competent coaching skills in soccer. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement for transferability as a premajor and/or elective course requirement.

Lifeguard Training 0 3 1 This course covers the skills, knowledge, and techniques of lifesaving and lifeguarding. Topics include identifying and minimizing aquatic hazards, recognizing and effectively rescuing people in distress, and developing safety skills. Upon completion, students should be able to demonstrate skills, knowledge, and techniques of lifesaving and lifeguarding to pass American Red Cross lifeguarding certification. This course has been approved to satisfy the Comprehensive Articulation Agreement pre-major and/or elective course requirement. Prerequisites:
