Scope of works: new building and master plan development for a site comprising three existing buildings, one of which is of heritage value. connecting a main precinct road (High Street) and the Northcote train station.

Federazione Lucana Brunswick, Melbourne, Australia. 2001. Scope of works: First floor extension of an Italian social club. The extension included a bocci court, universal access, bar area and services. Client: Federazione Lucana Italian Club Brunswick, Melbourne.

Cantera, a proposed library and workshops in ‘Ciudad Sandino’ Ciudad Sandino, Managua, Nicaragua. 1996 (not yet completed). Scope of works: Proposed master plan and architectural design (including working drawings) of a centre for Popular education, library and workshops facilities.

Consultation: Community, Cantera (local NGO), Australian Volunteers International, international funding bodies. The process of consultation and selection of material was conceived as an opportunity for community education in the appreciation of their own resources.
