mission statement
The NAIA “Champions of Character” initiative will create an enviroment in which every NAIA student athlete, coach, official and spectator is commited to the true spirit of competition through respect, intergrity, responsibility, servant leadership and sportsmanship.

treating yourself, other persons, institutions, guests and sports to the highest standards of conduct.
integrity
keeping commitments and developing an integrated character that includes, but goes beyond, honesty.
responsibility
being accountable for your actions and not doing anything that would reflect poorly on your team, your school or yourself.
servant leadership
putting the group first while also becoming responsible for personal and group roles while performing at your best, this implies managing yourself well.
sportsmanship
a matter of being of good character and doing the right thing through fairness and equity, these are expected in all contests and relationships.
