Location, location, location M

y work has led me to many interesting and breath-taking locations on the island. Many of them are in places completely unknown to the average passerby. It consistently reminds me of the old saying, “location, location, location!” It doesn’t matter what the house looks like, as this can always be renovated or changed, but you can’t materialize a killer view, or tranquil surroundings. Milo and I hopped on a ferry to Mayne Island last weekend to film a segment for my TV show Trend on

CHEK. It was a horribly rainy, and blustery day. Yet the location was still perfect, as it was set in a cozy, quite forest with a killer view of the ocean. You could cuddle up in front of the fireplace and watch the many BC Ferries sail by. Living on Vancouver Island and taking in this unique lifestyle has really made me realize you can’t beat the location. While spending the majority of my time up on the Malahat at a client’s residence, I have been treated to the most spectacular view available
