East Camp & Rose Barracks Education Center consolidation By 29 March: The East Camp (Graf) Education Center will be consolidating with the Rose Barracks Education Center at the end of March. All services will continue at the expanded Rose Barracks Education Center, Bldg. 223. For your planning purposes, please note the final dates for specific services at the East Camp Education Center provided below: 27 Mar: Final day for proctored tests. An appointment is required. 29 Mar: Final day for Army Personnel Testing (DLAB, DLPT, AFCT, SIFT). An appointment is required. 29 Mar: Final day for Counseling Services and Out-processing. No appointment required. 29 Mar: Final day to meet with college representatives at East Camp. FAST Class Through 29 Mar: Rose Barracks (Vilseck) Education Center, Bldg. 223, 9 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. Functional Academic Skills Training (FAST) provides Soldiers with instruction in reading, mathematics and language skills and is an excellent tool to prepare Soldiers to raise their GT score. This class is a 60-hour long course and is limited to twenty students. National Testing Center (NTC) News While renovations continue at the Vilseck Education Center, University of Maryland University College - Europe's National Test Center (NTC) will temporarily be located in Rose Barracks Bldg.163D. The NTC only operates 20 hours per week and is open Mon-Fri 8:30 a.m.-12:30 p.m. The NTC offers computer-based national exams for college credit, including CLEP, DSST, Excelsior, GMAT, IT certifications, and many other professional certification exams.
