PUBLISHER & EDITOR’S

LETTER BRYAN & BIANCA ZAMMIT

Spring is here which means it’s time for spring cleaning! We absolutely love this time of year and always look forward to the fresh, bright and uplifting energy of the season. When you take the time to do a little spring-cleaning, everything feels even better. The whole house feels lighter, cleaner, and brighter. Physical clutter creates mental clutter. If you want more space to create a healthy, blissful and radiant life, it’s time to spring clean and de-clutter! A physical detox is similar to spring-cleaning your house; you throw out the garbage (all the processed and chemical-laden foods), and clean out the filters (your body’s detoxification organs) so that you feel lighter, cleaner and full of energy. To feel your best, don’t forget the emotional clutter too! Stress, anxiety, anger, resentment can have just as toxic of an impact on our body as the foods we eat. From home and body to relationships and career, turn to page 36 and learn how to ‘Spring Clean Your Life’. Keep in mind that this process isn’t meant to overwhelm you. It’s not about changing your life overnight, but rather creating the space, lightness and energy for great health, abundance and bliss to flow into your life. The start of a new season means new trends and the possibility of a new you. So what better way for B Magazine to start the season than with two beautiful models, Leila Asquez and Joelle Montegriffo, shot by the talented Joanna Kustra and wearing pieces by Marble Arc and Paul Perez. This month we take a look at the colour-blocking trend, taken in the inspirational flowery setting; one of Gibraltar’s most beautiful landscapes the Gibraltar Botanical Gardens. Discover springs most exciting new looks from pages 12-19, ‘Spring has Sprung’, as our fashion team picks the key trends and reveals the looks that will work for you this season.

April 2014

Now, just about everyone struggles to get moving right after they wake up, so finding exercises you can do in the morning may not be ideal for some. However, our hectic lives often make it difficult to schedule time to hit the gym. But if you devote 10 minutes in the morning to work on your body, the positive effects will certainly compile. Turn to page 38 for ‘7 Simple Exercises You can do in the Morning’. Remember, taking care of your body doesn’t require expensive memberships and torture-device looking equipment. The tools to a healthy body are already built within us. A well established production company in Gibraltar, Glamour Creations continue to deliver a professional beauty pageant for young women in our community, now in its 12th year, Miss Glamour gives these ladies an opportunity to embrace their individual creativity and personalities. A year on, Tessa Britto, Miss Glamour 2013 has kept busy with photo shoots, prize giving and modelling at Project Runway (Select). Turn to pages 8-10 and read ‘Behind the Crown: Year in Review - Miss Glamour 2013, Tessa Britto’ and find out how Miss Glamour changed her life, her personal life and her thoughts about beauty pageants. On a final note we would like to remind everyone that over the spring season comes the First Holy Communions and Confirmations in Gibraltar. Don’t forget to book your table early at either Mamma Mia (200 64444) or at Paparazzi Café Restaurant (200 69966) to celebrate with your child. Both menus can be found within the magazine. Wishing you all a beautiful and vibrant spring. Until the next issue… Ciao for now. B&B

Like many, some of us tend to get dressed from the feet up. Pick the right shoes and everything else will follow. Shoes are also the most accessible way into the new season trends. Not many of us can afford the Burberry lace twin-sets or the Mulberry short suits, but we might be able to invest in a pair of their vinyl sandals or platform heels. Shoes are my favourite kind of trends to test. For one, shoes wear out by nature, so trying a trendy pair now and then doesn’t feel like a big investment. And two, I find crazy, unique shoes easier to pull off than, say, a loud jacket or a top because they are worn so far away from your face. Spring 2014 shoe trends are no exception. Get the must-have shoes of the season and, not only will you have all your friends drooling with envy, but it will act like a sartorial shot in the arm to the rest of your wardrobe – everything else will inevitably follow.

A year on, Tessa Britto, Miss Glamour 2013 has kept busy, I don’t want to give away too much so read on and find out what she has been up to, and how she feels that one year can change your life completely.

What is the most rewarding part of becoming Miss Glamour? “The whole experience has been rewarding, from the day I decided to enter right through to the day in which I will handover the crown. I have made some lovely friends, the contest has increased my confidence, it has taught me new skills and, having the Miss Glamour title has provided me with additional opportunities to thrive in Gibraltar’s wider social scene.” Your favourite memory as Miss Glamour? “My favourite memories are around the photo shoots. It was so much fun to learn about the various poses, beauty tips and fashion as well as having a blast with the rest of the girls while participating in the shoots.” How has your year been since you were crowned Miss Glamour 2013? “I’ve participated in various photo shoots, I was part of the local Three Kings Cavalcade, I took part in Project Runway (Select), an absolutely amazing experience where I was able to meet talented designers, I have been involved in various prize-giving endeavours and I helped in the organisation of Dream Girl of the Year 2014; on the whole, a very eventful year!”

Tell us a about yourself. How would you describe yourself? What are you currently doing? What do you do in your spare time? “I would describe myself as a joyful person very energetic and sociable. I’m currently completing my studies at the Gibraltar College of Further Education and, in my spare time I enjoy spending time with friends and family, walking my dogs, horse-riding and generally enjoying the outdoors.”

How do you think this experience has changed you? “It has made me a more confident person and it has propelled me to try new things. I now feel at ease in front of an audience and this will no doubt stand me in good stead for life’s future challenges such as job interviews or potential opportunities to host local shows etc.” Have you entered in any other beauty pageants? Do you hold any other previous titles/awards? “I entered Dream Girl of the Year in 2009 and won 1st Princess. This experience taught me about the format of beauty pageants so I felt better prepared to enter Miss Glamour.”

What made you enter the Miss Glamour beauty pageant? “I wanted to experience something new. My sister had previously joined and I enjoyed hearing about all of her experiences in the show. I felt it would be a fun challenge to embark on and obviously an opportunity to meet new people and learn some beauty tips.”

What is the best part about entering a beauty pageant? “Beauty pageants give contestants the opportunity to shine in their own particular way. I particularly enjoy the ‘Miss Vogue’ section of Miss Glamour because I believe it really conveys everyone’s unique and quirky personalities. I enjoy dancing so the dance routines are also fun.”

Did you ever believe you would win the title? “No, I never thought that I would win the title of Miss Glamour as there were so many beautiful contestants and everyone deserved it. I was overwhelmed by the judges decision and became very emotional when the results were announced!”

How does it make you feel when you go on stage? “It is initially nerve wracking to have to face an audience and to walk along the catwalk in heels, however, like with everything in life, preparation is key. Through practice, perseverance, many laughs and obviously, having family in the crowd as support, made the experience achievable and enjoyable. Would you encourage others to enter Miss Glamour? “I would definitely encourage others to enter as it is a lot of fun, you get to meet new people, you wear beautiful dresses, go on fun outings and learn about poise, glamour and fashion. I can assure you that anybody signing up will not regret it!”

BMAG 9

Has this given you the confidence to enter future beauty pageants? “For now I’m not planning on entering any other beauty pageants, but maybe as I get older I might consider it. I do feel confident in my newly acquired skills and I will never discard the opportunity of entering a pageant in the future. It is difficult to predict where life will take you.” Which is your favourite round at a pageant and why? “The evening wear round is my favourite because it gives contestants a chance to showcase and in some cases design their beautiful dresses. This unleashes creative potential as well as giving contestants the opportunity to shine, to enjoy the stage and to feel like a princess for the night.”

Do you have any nicknames? “Tess.” Tell us about some of the important lessons and principles you learned from your family? “I’ve learnt to never give up even when life is at its hardest and to be loyal at all times. My family is paramount to me and I always value the advice of loved ones.” Who is your role model and why? “My mum because she has brought me up to be the person I am today. She is a hard working and caring woman who always has a smile on her face, even when times are hard. She always puts others needs before hers and will stop at nothing to ensure that her children are happy.”

What would you say to some people who think that beauty pageants are outdated? “These shows are not all about physical beauty it’s a chance to show the public how poise, personality, charity, friendship and solidarity can come together to make the world a little better. It is up to the individual to decide on which stance they take regarding beauty pageants, however, I do not feel they objectify women but rather that they celebrate femininity.”

What is your idea of perfect happiness? “To be with the people I love the most!”

Describe your fashion scene and style? “I have an eclectic style and I don’t tend to follow current trends. I have my own style and I enjoy putting outfits together.”

What do you consider greatest achievement? “Winning Miss Glamour 2013.”

What is your greatest fear? “Creepy Crawlies!” Which talent would you most like to have? “I would love to be able to sing, for now, I’ll just stick to singing in the shower!” is

your

Where would you like to live? “I would love to live in America. I feel that the opportunities there are endless.” What do you most value in your friends? “Trust, loyalty, support, honesty and an insatiable desire for fun!” If you could travel back in time when and where would you travel? “I would travel back to my younger days as life seemed easier and it would be fun to catch up with relatives who have now passed away.” What is the most precious gift you have given to someone? “A Thomas Sabo bracelet.” What is your personal quote or motto that you live by? “To never give up and to always believe in yourself.” If you could go back and start your life over again, what one thing would you do differently? “Nothing really, because I don’t regret anything I have done in life. I believe that everything happens as and when it should.” What’s inside your bag right now? “My purse, my makeup, my mobile and my IPod.” What are your plans for the future, what would you like to achieve? “I love the notion of Carpe Diem, seizing the day! I don’t like to plan too much, however I would like to travel and eventually settle into a good job with exciting prospects.” Finally, any beauty secrets that you would like to share with the readers of B Mag? “Never put yourself down or think that you’re not good enough because at the end of the day everyone is equal. Always have your head up high, there is nothing sexier than confidence and inner-beauty.”

Spring’s Fashion Fragrances From Dolce & Gabbana’s new Sicily-inspired scent to the decadently sexy Versace Couture Eau de Parfum trio, spring’s fragrance launches are the perfect olfactory manifestations of the brands they represent. Calvin Klein’s new Endless Euphoria is as subtle, carefully-crafted and wearable as the brand’s ready-to-wear offerings, Balmain’s Extatic is a sexy, confident oriental floral which will turn heads as much as one of Olivier Rousteing’s little studded dresses, while Elie Saab’s L’Eau Couture was created specifically to partner the brand’s opulent couture collections. Tapping into each brand’s very DNA, these fragrances are as instantly recognisable as the clothes themselves.

DKNY

Balenciaga

Founded 100 years ago, Balenciaga has a lot of impressive history to draw from, and its fresh take on the house’s classic codes is what makes it so alluring. Just like its heritage-driven brand, Rosabotanica takes something classic - in this case, the rose - and turns it into a green and summery delight. Balenciaga Rosabotanica Eau de Parfum - £53 for 50ml; available at www.johnlewis.com BMAG 20

Having celebrated its 25th birthday last season, DKNY has been serving up contemporary, urban-inspired fashion for a quarter of a century. The sort of girls who love DKNY’s polished utility chic are the very same girls who wear the brand’s Be Delicious fragrance range - no-fuss, feminine women with a city mindset. The new, limited edition Urban Violet is fresh, floral and light. DKNY Be Delicious City Blossom Urban Violet Eau de Toilette - £37 for 50ml; available at www. boots.com

Dolce & Gabbana

D&G creations are always informed by the designers’ love for Sicily, with romance, femininity and sensuality at the heart of the brand. An intoxicating blend of white flowers, the new Dolce is an intensely feminine fragrance, which the designers say was inspired by memories of Sicily and also the complexity of fine craftsmanship - much like the creation of one of their exquisitely embroidered dresses. Dolce & Gabbana Dolce Eau de Parfum - £62 for 50ml; available at www.harrods.com

Elie Saab Couture

Elie Saab’s couture collections are always ultrafeminine and exquisitely detailed - dream dresses with a timeless appeal. Perfumer Francis Kurkdjian was recruited to create Elie Saab’s L’Eau Couture as an olfactory partner to the spring/summer 2014 couture collection - the perfume equivalent of those princess gowns. Elegant, sophisticated and romantic, it opens with almond and white florals, before revealing orange blossom and vanilla notes. Elie Saab L’Eau Couture Eau de Toilette - £66 for 90ml; available at www.johnlewis.com

Gucci

The Gucci woman is sophisticated and sexy but always feminine, with a good dose of Italian glamour. Inspired by Gucci’s iconic floral motif, which was designed for Grace Kelly in 1966, this new member of the Gucci Flora family evokes all of the glamour and history of the brand. A floral chypre, it combines bergamot with peony and rose, before the base notes of patchouli, vetiver and musks come to the fore.

Yohji Yamamoto

Youthful and avant-garde, the Yohji Yamamoto collections are for the customer who wants more than just standard catwalk fare. With pink peppercorn, rose, jasmine and peach, Her Love Story by Yohji Yamamoto is perhaps an unexpectedly feminine offering from the brand. But then when does Yamamoto ever serve up anything predictable?

Gucci Flora 1966 Eau de Parfum - £130 for 100ml; available at www.harrods.com

Yohji Yamamoto Her Love Story Eau de Parfum £49 for 50ml; available at www.selfridges.com

Burberry

The Calvin Klein brand is synonymous with timeless elegance - pared-back but beautifully crafted.

Calvin Klein

The Burberry girl is pretty and feminine but with a rock’n’roll edge - and a large dose of British patriotism too. Launched as part of the Burberry Brit family, Brit Rhythm is inspired by the power of live music and features notes of British lavender.

Calvin Klein’s fragrances are always lightweight scents that can be worn day after day - much like the brand’s ready-to-wear collections. The combination of cherry blossom, mandarin and bergamot is a summery reworking of the brand’s classic Euphoria fragrance.

Burberry Brit Rhythm Eau de Toilette - £69 for 90ml; available at www.burberry.com

Calvin Klein Endless Euphoria Eau de Parfum £48 for 75ml; available at www.selfridges.com

Balmain

Black leather, denim, studs - Balmain’s woman is as fierce as they come, and effortlessly sexy. Balmain creative director Olivier Rousteing describes the brand’s latest scent, Extatic, as sexy without being vulgar - an oriental floral scent with just the right amount of punch. Balmain Extatic Eau de Parfum - £65 for 90ml; available at www.harrods.com

Versace Couture

Bold, sexy, luxurious and thoroughly Italian - the Atelier Versace couture line is even more decadent that the brand’s ready-to-wear offering. Packaged in a studded nappa leather case and available only in 100ml bottles, there’s no expense spared when it comes to Versace’s new trio of Couture fragrances. The heady Jasmin is Versace through and through. Gianni Versace Couture Jasmin Eau de Parfum £300 for 100ml; available at www.harrods.com BMAG 21

7 Ways to Dress Up a Messy Bun No, your eyes aren’t deceiving you, there are in fact ways to dress up a messy bun to take the simple ‘do from drab to fab in minutes. Throwing your hair up in a haphazard bun is the oldest trick in the book to get your hair up and out of you face super-quick. As easy and foolproof as this style is, by just taking a few minutes, (or even seconds in some cases), you can make the messy bun more stylish and even workplace-appropriate. Read on for some quick and simple ways to dress up a messy bun and start transforming your look! 5. FRENCH-BRAIDED BEAUTY For those of you who are a bit more on top of you braiding game, you can start a French braid from one ear and braid a one-inch braid all around your crown to the other ear. Extend this braid all the way down to the ends of your hair and secure with a clear hair tie. Now gather your hair in a high or low messy bun. Voila!

1. ADD A HEADBAND One of the fastest and simplest ways to dress up a messy bun is by adding a headband. This can be either a simple elastic headband or something a bit more stylish like a tortoise shell double-headband. Many shops these days also sell really pretty metal headbands with a rhinestone-embellished piece placed on the side of the headband. Here’s the trick though: in order to make the overall look a bit dressier, tease your crown (the area of hair near your hairline) and also back towards where the bun would be placed for more volume prior to putting your hair in the bun.

2. BRAIDED BEAUTY Placing a braid strategically (or randomly) on your head before executing the messy bun is a sure-fire way to make it classier. A hint? Start by parting your hair on the side, then choose about a one-inch section of hair on either side of the part and make a braid all the way down to the ends of your hair. Secure this braid with a tiny clear hair tie, then go about making a messy bun as you normally would, except this time, keep the side part intact, and gather the braid up with the rest of your hair for the bun.

6. HALF-PONY BUN Another way to get great volume with your messy bun is by putting your hair into a poufy half-ponytail first. Follow the steps from idea #1 and tease your crown nice and big - think Beyoncé in Single Ladies-type pouf. Secure this with either bobby pins or a hair tie, and then go about your messy bun as you normally would.

4. MESSY TOPSY BUN 3. SIMPLE CHIGNON A chignon is a classic term for a simple bun. To make your messy bun a bit less… messy, put your hair in either a high or low ponytail and secure with a hair tie. Now, take your ponytail and give the hair a tight twist in one direction all the way to the ends. Take this long twist and start wrapping it around the ponytail holder. You can secure this twist-bun with either bobby pins or another hair tie. To make this look a little more casual, start pulling random pieces of hair out of the bun so that you have a few loose strands poking out.

Topsy tails are definitely not a thing of the past. Just think how much cooler you can make it by reinventing the topsy tail with a messy bun. This style is so easy, yet looks like it took forever to do. In order to make a topsy tail, put your hair in a low, loose pony tail and secure with a hair tie. Now, slide the hair tie down a few inches and poke a hole right in the middle of the newly created hair space between your roots and the hair tie. Take the ponytail and bring the hair up and through the hole you’ve created, and pull tight. And there you have it - a topsy tail! Easy right? Take the remaining hair from your ponytail and make a messy bun or messy twist-chignon.

7. ACCESSORISE There are so many different barrettes and hair clips that have designs, rhinestones, and even fabric flowers on them. Take one of these bad boys and place it anywhere around the bun for a dressier look.

These styles are quick and easy, and look super cute all at the same time. BMAG 28

Prepare Your Skin for Spring

Our must-have grooming products to tackle the transitioning weather.

As The Beatles sang, “It’s been a long and lonely winter.” With the cold temps and rain behind you, it’s time to focus on your grooming for the warmer months ahead. These products will help refresh and revitalise your look, so you can jump into the season (and the pool) on the right foot.

Body Razor Now that those layers are starting to come off and it’s getting closer to beach season, you’ll need the right razor to polish your look. These new Gillette Body Razors are a foolproof tool to help you gradually transform into a smooth operator.

nail clippers You’ll want your toe and fingernails looking their best before you take off those gloves and slap on some flip-flops this season. Get started early with this 2-clipper nail set from the Sephora Collection - the little one is for smaller jobs and big one is sturdy enough to tackle thicker nails.

face cream If your skin is tired of being slapped by those harsh winds, replenish moisture with this Kiehl’s Ultra Hydrating Face Cream. The formula is light so you won’t clog your pores or feel weighed down once humidity enters the scene.

fragrance Now that the sunshine has returned you’ll want a lighter scent to take on the season. Nautica Voyager No. 83 combines dewy moss with woody amber to create an earthy but refreshing scent for spring.

face scrub Do some spring-cleaning for your pores with this invigorating face scrub from Urth. Green tea and ginseng extracts leave skin feeling cleansed, cool, and revitalised. Its dark colour may look serious, but the texture of the micro-fine rice granules mixed with mud are gentle enough even for sensitive mugs.

lip balm Long afternoons by the pool or playing tennis can take a toll on your smackers. Chapstick’s 8 Hour Hydration Lock will keep your lips smooth and kissable!

shampoo

eye cream Rarely will you find an eye cream with SPF. That’s why this Advanced SPF 37 Eye Cream from SuperGoop is perfect for days on the beach or boat. Bonus: This anti-aging eye cream also has a metal applicator that is cool and refreshing under tired eyes. BMAG 30

It may not be beach weather just yet, but you can still get the effect with this Surf Foam Shampoo from Bumble and Bumble. The clean wash removes the build-up from the products you’ve been using all winter. Your hair will feel light and clean in the breeze when you ride your bike around town.

body cream Now that your knees and elbows are exposed, keep the flakes away with Jack Black’s Intense Moisture Body Cream. The formula is rich and creamy but won’t make skin feel greasy or shiny.

body wash Finally… hydration with invigoration in one body wash. This Aqua Impact Body Wash from Dove Men+Care rinses clean and easily while containing a micro moisture formula designed to fight dryness. Its fresh and active scent will definitely get you energised.

7 Ways to Transition Your Makeup

from Winter to Spring

As the seasons change, you need to think about ways to transition your makeup. This is actually a very fun thing. It gives you a new look. It allows you to go shopping for new products and who doesn’t love that? Let’s talk about some of the ways to transition your makeup from winter to spring. I love the burgundies and reds of autumn and winter; but I will be honest here. By the time spring starts to tease us, I am ready to pack them away. I would say most of you are ready for ways to transition your makeup from winter to spring, too. Of course those colours can carry over if you wish, but it is nice to break out some lighter shades to enjoy such as coral or mauve.

Lipstick always makes me think of winter. It is deeper in texture and thicker. At least that is how my mind thinks about it. But lip-gloss is more of a light texture and seems more spring like to me. I don’t wear a lot of gloss but I feel more tempted to give it a fresh try when spring comes.

5. TRY SOME ORCHID Orchid is the colour to wear in 2014 and has even been named as the colour of the year by Pantone. This is actually a great colour for almost everyone. It works equally well for blondes, brunettes and redheads. It flatters practically every skin tone. It can be worn in a variety of ways from clothing, accessories and in makeup. In makeup, it makes a good eye shadow choice as your crease or outer corner colour or can be worn as a lip product if you are feeling brave.

6. TRY A BIT OF SPARKLE

1. PACK AWAY YOUR BURGUNDY AND RED LIPSTICK

2. SWITCH FROM LIPSTICK TO GLOSS Sparkle is always good and in season year round, but I find myself looking more into shimmer two times of year, during Christmas and spring. Maybe the shimmer just brightens my spirits but I love to wear it in the spring. I generally wear shimmer in eye makeup or nail polish. You can get by with sparkle more on your nails than anyplace else.

3. BUMP YOUR FOUNDATION UP When spring begins to bloom in all of its beautiful ways, our skin begins to warm up with time spent in the sun, too. This means that we can bump up our foundation by a shade or two. It is nice to take on more of a sun kissed glow in our makeup. Don’t forget to bump your powder up a shade, also. If you don’t tan, you can fake a little sun by adding in bronzer to your spring makeup routine. BMAG 32

4. EMBRACE SPRING NAIL COLOURS Probably my favourite part of my beauty routine to change up when the seasons change is the nail colours I wear. I am so excited to wear spring nail colours this year. Bright, juicy colours and pale shades are both favourites of mine to wear once spring breaks through. This is especially true when paired with perfect spring sandals.

7. GO FOR PALER EYE SHADOW I love a smoky eye with a nude lip and I wear that look often in the colder months, but as spring comes along, I find myself drawn to paler, nude eye shadows and brighter lips. I enjoy the swap out in colours and the new look. This look goes with so many things and does not offer competition to your clothing like a smoky eye does. I also love to shop for new eye shadow shades!

Clean Your Life Spring is here which means it’s time for Spring Cleaning! I absolutely love this time of year and always look forward to the fresh, bright and uplifting energy of the season. When you take the time to do a little spring-cleaning, everything feels even better. The whole house feels lighter, cleaner, and brighter. Physical clutter creates mental clutter. If you want more space to create a healthy, blissful and radiant life, it’s time to spring clean! Stress, anxiety, anger, resentment can have just as toxic of an impact on our body as the foods we eat.

.

Here’s a checklist to get you started.

.

. . .

Your home: Pick two rooms that you feel require the most attention. Often we try to do the whole house and end up feeling overwhelmed. Choose the areas where you spend a lot of time or which give you the most stress when you think about them. Clean out your car! We often forget and use our car as another storage area, but clutter is clutter, whether at home, car or office and will affect your ability to think clearly and create positive flow.

Your BODY: Even if you don’t have a terrible diet, your body accumulate toxins from every day life – the pollutants in the air and water, chemicals and pesticides in our food, too much sugar, coffee and alcohol. Over time the excess toxins build up in our body and we feel chronically tired and experience symptoms such as brain fog, irritability, skin problems and trouble sleeping. A healthy detox supports your body by eliminating the toxic load so that your detoxification organs have a chance to rest and rejuvenate. The healthiest detox is one where you maintain a clean diet for a period of at least 4 weeks; you can do longer if you’d like, but aim for 3 to 4 weeks at minimum. Shorter cleanses are great, and can be done from time to time but at least once a year, commit to giving your body a ‘break’ for a longer period of time. In order to do that, it’s essential to eat well, this is not a time for fasting or juice-only cleansing. Eat a healthy, clean diet and avoid the following: coffee, processed sugar and flour products, alcohol, fast food, preservatives, dairy, red meat and pork. Drink LOTS of water! You can also choose to take a gentle cleansing product to further support your body’s natural process

.

A tip if you’re cutting out coffee: gradually wean yourself over a period of 5-7 days, as caffeine withdrawal symptoms can very unpleasant depending on how much coffee or fizzy drinks you currently drink. First cut down to 1 cup a day by replacing any additional cups with black tea, then green tea, until you can eliminate the AM coffee.

.

. .

.

. .

Your relationships: Toxic relationships drain your energy, affect your mood and self-esteem. You don’t need to cut people out of your life, but do take an honest look at how you feel when you spend time with certain friends, coworkers or family members. Ask yourself if they are holding you back or supporting you in being truly happy and fulfilled. One of my favourite quotes is: “surround yourself with people that lift you higher”. Spend less time with the “nay-sayers” and “energy vampires” and more time with people who make you feel inspired, which are positive and optimistic. Seek out mentors or coaches who stretch themselves, as this will also stretch you to go after your dreams and you will feel happier and more fulfilled as a result.

.

. ..

Your career:

De-clutter your physical space, including your desk, files, and computer desktop. You’ll your concentration and clear space for creativity. Take stock of where you are in your career and where you want to be. Identify pro-active ways to move towards your ultimate goal; whether it’s asking your boss for a new assignment, taking courses that will expand your qualifications or exploring new opportunities and business ideas.

Above all else, keep in mind that this process isn’t meant to overwhelm you. It’s not about changing your life overnight, but rather creating the space, lightness and energy for great health, abundance and bliss to flow into your life. Wishing you a beautiful and vibrant spring. Happy cleaning! BMAG 36

7 SIMPLE

Exercises

Just about everyone struggles to get moving right after they wake up, so finding exercises you can do in the morning may not be ideal for some. However, our hectic lives often make it difficult to schedule time to hit the gym. But if you devote 10 minutes in the morning to work on your body, the positive effects will certainly compile. Besides, these simple exercises you can do in the morning should make the wake up process easier.

1. BED BICYCLE CRUNCHES

3. CLOSET PUSHUPS

You can do in the Morning Step one: lift your legs. Step two: start pedalling. This simple movement is great for targeting the lower core. Also, you can still be in bed while you do this! No gross workout mat is needed, which makes this one of my favourites exercises you can do in the morning.

2. SUN SALUTATION (SUN OPTIONAL)

This sequence of yoga poses is quite fitting for the time of day. Even for those that sadly wake up before the sun, this is still a great movement because it gently stimulates just about every cell in your body in just a dozen steps. The steps aren’t complex, but I recommend you watch a Youtube video of someone else doing it. The only thing worse than not doing yoga is doing it wrong. Please, be careful!

If you can barely do a normal pushup, have no fear, this exercise will help build up arm strength as well. Just find a wall, pretend it’s the floor, and push away. You can adjust your arm placement to change the portions of the chest used, too. If you do a repetition every time you pull something from your closet, then consider your arm workout quota satisfied.

4. SHOWER SQUATS

Depending on whom you live with, some of these exercises may look a tad silly. In the soothing privacy of a morning shower, you can be rather productive. Just use one of those shower mats and practice caution. We wouldn’t want any unwanted slipping.

5. NASCAR STAIRWAY

This exercise may not apply to everyone. However, if there is a flight of stairs in your place - use them! Instead of making one or two trips up and down these steps, intentionally make a few extra round trips. For an added challenge, run as you go. That’ll get your heart pumping.

6. COFFEE CONTEMPLATIONS

Many neglect to exercise the more obscure muscles in the body, like the ones in your neck. But while you’re morning coffee or tea is brewing, just sit down, rest your chin against your thumbs, and press for a bit like you’re deep in thought. This isometric exercise will both strengthen your neck muscles and reduce the severity of your headaches.

7. TRAFFIC SQUEEZES Remember, taking care of your body doesn’t require expensive memberships and torture-device looking equipment. The tools to a healthy body are already built within us. BMAG 38

So, after making it to the road, some may still feel like more could’ve been done in the morning. Just because you’re moving doesn’t mean your morning exercise time is up. Try sucking it in and holding it for 20 seconds or so, then repeat. It’s safe, it’s easy, and you don’t need to take your hands off the wheel as you do it. This exercise will help your abdominals, and it can be done anytime, too!

Kyle Pecino By Daniel Cornelio at FitBody Result Standing at 6 foot 7 inches and weighing a massive 164kg (360.8lbs) it’s safe to say Kyle was dangerously overweight. After his 28th birthday he made a promise to himself, to quit smoking and become fitter and healthier before his 30th birthday. Kyle wanted to reach 120kg, a 44kg weight loss was his target. Sports (basketball and volleyball) has always been very important to Kyle but over the years with lower back pain setting in, his agility and physical performance began to diminish all because of his excessive weight gain. When Kyle contacted me at FitBody Result he needed a complete overhaul, not just his physical shape and the bad eating habits he had developed over the years but also his mind-set so that he would be prepared for what he was about to undertake. With a daily calorie intake that consisted of over 4000kcal, our attention to his nutrition would play a key role in his ability to lose the necessary weight and help prevent illnesses such as diabetes, high blood pressure, heart disease, etc. We began by setting out dietary restrictions in which he was happy to stick too, no soft drinks, eliminating high fat and sugary foods. Once Kyle had that under control we then took it a step further and began to analyse the rest of his food intake, times, frequency of meals, hydration, amount of carbohydrates consumed and the most over looked factor, his portion size, which we soon came to realise were far too big! The next consideration was his training and daily physical activity levels, it was nonexistent! The challenge would be to find activities for Kyle which he would enjoy but be physically demanding for him as performing such exercises like press ups, sit ups, planks and the dreaded burpee was out of the question as physically he would not be able to perform them with any consistency or comfort. Having had a great deal of success previously I introduced Kyle to fitness boxing, so he would be able to stay on his feet and box, this would substitute for both cardio and muscular development without having him get down on the floor to perform certain exercises then back up again which would result in his back problems to arise. Kyle took to the boxing like a fish to water, I could make it physically challenging for him, he enjoyed it and it was a stress relief. Fast forward 5 months and the transformation is truly on its way, the weight is just falling off and the centimetres from both his chest and waist measurements are dropping drastically. Kyle trained consistently at FitBody Result for 11 months and in that time he changed his whole outlook on his diet and training, he’s learned that it’s a lifestyle change and the sooner you come to terms with that the quicker you can apply yourself to reach your goals and stay on track! Within Kyle’s 11-month journey he has completely re-invented himself. BMAG 44

Kyle’s body stats began at 164kg, 148cm waist and 134cm chest. He has now lost an amazing 47.5kg (104.72lbs), 41.5cm from his waist and 22.5cm from his chest. Kyle’s now weighs 116.4kg (well within his target goal!), 106.5cm from his waist and 111.5cm from his chest. It is astonishing to think that only a few short months ago Kyle struggled with most body weight exercises. Now however he has developed the necessary strength confidence and commitment to perform them in a much more athletic and consistent manner. All I can say is that Kyle has been the perfect example of what dedication and commitment are all about, I believe he has learned the necessary skills and knowledge to be able to maintain his current weight for life, eat healthy, train appropriately and most important of all, be happy with himself. What follows is a direct quote taken from a conversation I had over Facebook with Kyle on the 11th September regarding a before and after picture of Kyle that I had sent him. “Just shown my parents lol, hard to believe that’s how I looked, I see that dude down the street now and tell him to get help lol.” In a community where obesity is on the rise, we as individuals need to make a conscious choice to better ourselves and set an example to those around us who also struggle with weight problems and show them that it is achievable. The amazing transformation Kyle has undergone is a perfect example of that drive and determination. For this reason Kyle earned himself the 2013 FitBody Result Most Committed Award and deservedly so! I am extremely proud of Kyle and all that he has achieved, he is a shining example and a role model to others who think weight loss is a surmountable challenge. Stay positive, plan out your goals, make them realistic and don’t give up, if it were easy everyone would do it!

well done kyle ! Ready for the next challenge! Daniel Cornelio at FitBody Result P.S. Without Struggle, There Is No Progress.

e n t U h g i p f L o r o S t s pring y a W 01 Look on the bright side when you pick up your style for this season.

CARD CASE There’s no room in your pocket for a wallet like George Costanza’s. Keep your little paper receipts at home in a desk drawer, not your wallet. All you really need is several cards, including your driver’s license and credit card, and a thin card case like this one from Coach to keep them together.

You’ve found the best strategy to keep your New Year’s resolutions, and you have the perfect gear to help you focus on those fitness goals. Now, shed more than just weight with spring-ready pieces. These light colours will keep you on trend all season long.

BAG Your black leather briefcase is slick, as long as it doesn’t rain. This Ernest Alexander lighter charcoal messenger will hold all your office essentials (and even your weekend reading) while also repelling water, so you don’t have to worry if you didn’t opt in for AppleCare.

CHARGING CABLE You don’t always have your iPhone cord on you, but you do always have your house keys. Add this Nomad lightning cable to your keychain, and you’ll be alleviated of tangled wires and external batteries. All you need is a USB port.

DENIM SOCKS Step up your sock game with Paul Smith and spring into the season with a fun pair. An easy way to match multi-coloured socks is by choosing one of the featured colours and repeating the hue on a tie or other accessory.

It’s time to mix in your favourite pair of light jeans. All winter you’ve been wearing black and indigo, but spring lends itself to lighter colours - including denim. We don’t mind a little distressing - just no four-inch holes, please. But if clean denim is more your thing, check out this wash from True Religion.

SWIM TRUNKS Yes, we know: It’s still too cold outside to think about bathing suits. But if you wait for the hot weather to hit, those suits will be sold out. Shopping for your favourite pair of swim trunks can be overwhelming, so remember to find the perfect length for your body type. These pair from Chubbies caught our eye because of the invisible print that appears when the trunks get wet.

LOAFER With a removable insole and a mesh upper, these breathable Swims loafers will move with you, whether you are on a beach vacation or running to the shop in the rain. Wear a shirt with yellow detail to accent the fun pop of colour in these shoes, or cuff your jeans to bring attention to your feet.

WHITE DRESS SHIRT White dress shirts are tricky. Will antiperspirant turn the pits yellow? How often should it be dry-cleaned (or washed)? The Blackman 2.0 by Mizzen + Main hopes to be the only white dress shirt you need, thanks to its moisture-wicking and wrinkle-free fabric that can be machinewashed. Add a blazer at the office or wear it alone at happy hour. BMAG 46

JACKET ‘Tis the season to pack away that extra warm down jacket and pull out your favourite trench coat. But don’t be surprised if khaki isn’t the only colour you see on the streets. We saw a lot of primary colours last season during New York Fashion Week, so don’t be afraid to invest in something bolder like this option from Banana Republic. Just remember to keep the rest of your look toned down (think: neutrals).

SUNGLASSES Neon sunglasses don’t look great on everyone. Another option is interesting patterns. These Warby Parker style in “Green Citrine” are a fun spring take on the expected tortoise frame, and because they aren’t a glow-in-the-dark shade, they can be worn at any time of the year.

10 Ways to Refresh Your Home for Spring

Windows

Spring decorating should be light and airy, so begin by removing those heavy winter drapes. Wash them and store them away until next year, and replace them with sheer curtains instead. These lightweight window treatments will let the warmth of the new season shine through, while still offering a bit of privacy.

Fabrics

Add a splash of colour to the bedroom or living room with bright new fabrics. Replace heavy quilts and comforters with light duvets. Store away warm chenille throw blankets and heavy pillows with fun, decorative ones instead. Bright colours and fun patterns can be found in the outdoor furniture section in shops. Use them inside the home and you’ll enjoy the benefits of some of the prettiest, yet most durable, accent pieces you’ve ever had.

Welcome the arrival of spring with a few small changes to your home’s interior. Brighten things up with lightweight fabrics, sunny prints, and a fresh coat of paint. Use these 10 ideas to refresh your home for spring and enjoy a new look in every room.

Artwork

Remove the artwork that stays in place all year long and replace it with sunny springtime prints. Floral prints, lush meadows, sunsets, and beach scenes will add a warm touch to every area of the house. Don’t forget to use personal photos, too!

Knick-Knacks

Adding new knick-knacks to your springtime décor is a simple way to decorate your home. A bowl of seashells, a few glass picture frames, a collection of small vases, or even a basket of wildflowers can set the tone for an entire room. If you’re short on cash, a bowl of fresh fruit will also work just fine! And don’t forget - scented candles can look nice, and add an aroma that will leave you feeling energised and ready for the change of season.

Paint

There is no faster way to refresh your home than with a new coat of paint. Add a splash of colour behind the cook top in the kitchen, or accent a main wall in the living room. Paint the entryway a sunny yellow, or be bold with an invigorating shade of red. You’re sure to liven up any room in the house by adding colour.

Wall Décor

In addition to, or instead of, painting, use temporary wall décor to bring spring colours into a room. Removable wall appliqués or temporary wall borders are a fabulous way to add pattern and colour to a room. Choose where you want them, set them in place, and them remove them when spring is over. They can even be reused!

Lamps

Refresh the lamps in your home with new lampshades. New lampshades will give a fresh look to your room. Be sure to select neutral paper shades that will lighten up the space.

Hardware

Change up the hardware in the kitchen and enjoy the look of a brand new kitchen. You will be amazed at what a difference new drawer knobs and pulls will make! Best of all, this quick home improvement will not break the bank!

Furniture

With the arrival of spring comes a vast selection of outdoor furniture. If it is within your budget, purchase a few sturdy pieces to use indoors. A metal table and chair set would make a nice seasonal addition to an eat-in kitchen or entryway. A wicker rocker or side table will add a casual touch to any room, and will match beautifully with any type of home décor.

Placement

Don’t forget to add something completely unique and unexpected to every room. This is a great way to refresh your home and give it an original feel. BMAG 48

If purchasing something new is not a possibility, simply rearrange the furniture you have to create a fresh new look. Create a comfortable seating area in the living room by pulling pieces to the centre of the room. In the bedroom, try opening things up by removing extra dressers or side tables. In the kitchen, clean off countertops and reorganise things so that only the essentials are displayed.

How to Care for Hardwood Floors

Maintain the natural beauty of your hardwood floors with these expert tips and tricks.

It’s hard to imagine that just a generation or two ago, people thought hardwood floors were ugly and utilitarian. For some years now, we’ve come around to the opposite view: whether it’s a beautifully refinished vintage floor in old-growth oak, maple, cherry or other wood, or one of the handsome new versions available widely today such as bamboo, factory-finished hardwood, or laminate, hardwood is justly admired for its beauty, low maintenance and durability.

How to protect hardwood floors

Stubborn stains

Polyurethane protects your floor from many of the stains and blemishes that waxed floors are vulnerable to, but when they do get stained, removal is more difficult. Still, even perfectly finished floors suffer the slings and arrows of everyday life. In most cases, you can repair minor mishaps, or even bigger ones, with a little care.

Stains that have penetrated the polyurethane and gotten on the raw wood require a little more elbow grease and patience, but all is not lost. Start by spot sanding with superfine (220 grit) sandpaper. (Only cut as much of the wood underneath as absolutely necessary; superfine sandpaper takes longer, but allows you to control how much you remove.) Once the finish has been removed and the surface is absolutely smooth, vacuum and rub with a tack cloth to remove all traces of dust. If the floor finish is natural (no stain), apply a thin coat of oil or water-based (to match the original) urethane with a foam brush, feathering the edges with a small brush. Allow to thoroughly dry before letting anyone walk on it.

Hardwood floors & stains Most everyday stains - milk, food, wine, minor pet stains, grease, salt from winter boots will come up with careful scrubbing with a damp cloth and cleaner specially made for sealed hardwood floors. Do not use soap, wax cleaner, or all-purpose floor cleaner on sealed hardwood; it can dull the finish, leave a residue or even damage the finish. If that doesn’t remove the stain, try rubbing the stain with superfine (000) steel wool. If that doesn’t get it out, you may have to spot-refinish the area. Gum, wax, or crayon marks can be removed by first placing a bag of ice cubes on the spot to make it brittle, then scraping it up carefully with a spoon, credit card or butter knife. Finish with hardwood cleaner and a damp cloth. BMAG 50

Stained hardwood floors & stains If the floor is stained (i.e., coloured), you may have to test a hidden area to get a perfect match before you refinish the area. Inside a closet, a little-seen corner, or under a large piece of furniture might work. Expose a one-inch square of wood and use a Q-tip to test the colour on the bare wood. You may have to mix a couple of shades to get the right one; be sure to mix enough to cover your entire repair.

Laminate & pre-sealed hardwood floors Laminate or pre-sealed hardwood floors cannot be refinished at home, but in some cases, you may be able to replace the damaged board, and any difference in colour between the new and old board will eventually blend in as the new board ages. Minor scratches on hardwood that don’t penetrate the wood can be repaired with touchup sticks, available in a range of shades at the hardware store, or in a pinch, with a crayon. Slightly deeper scratches can be repaired with wood stain sticks or wood filler, also available at the hardware store. Larger worn or damaged areas require more work, but there are still alternatives to refinishing the whole floor (which is usually not possible with previously sanded floors anyway). The first is to purchase a hardwood renewal kit, which includes several grits of sandpaper that you attach to a floor sander that looks like a Swiffer broom, tack cloths and polyurethane resealer. While nowhere near as messy as a full re-sanding, this is a big job and requires that the room be cleared of furniture and blocked off till the new finish dries. The final, and biggest alternative is called screening, and should be done by a professional, but can produce an effect on a previously sanded floor that can make it look brand new again.

BABYSTEPPS ANNUAL FUN DAY

Local Charity BabySTEPPs (Support Through Early Parenting and Pregnancy) held it’s annual Fun Day at Boyd’s Nightclub and Youth Lounge on Saturday 22nd March. In it’s 3rd year, the Mother’s Day Mission raised over £1,500 this year in aid of the charity which was, again, very well attended. BabySTEPPs would like to thank everyone involved on the day, as well as in the lead up to the event, for all their help: to those that baked a cake, made a donation or volunteered, thank you. Particular thanks to Figgy Photography for their collaboration in producing the 2014 Mother’s Day Mission Video, with this year’s theme being “A Mother is...” Special thanks also to Boyd’s and King’s Bastion Leisure Centre for hosting the event, and to Rock Crafters, Crafty Couture, Binky’s Kitchen, Marissa’s Crafts, Gina, Creative cookies, Cherry Kiss, Baby Fit Gibraltar, Danza Academy, Transitions Dance Academy, Showdance, Gibraltar Rockettes, Art In Movement, Gibraltar Rhythmic Gymnastics Association preschoolers and Rock Ice Skating Academy for everything!

GIBRALTAR CUT-A-THON

On Tuesday 25th March a cut-a-thon was held at the Cancer Relief Centre in aid of GBC Open Day and the Little Princess Trust, for children who have lost their hair through cancer treatment or Alopecia. By the end of the day they had received 57 hair donations and just under £3,500. This isn’t the final figure as money and hair donations are still coming in. The organisers are very grateful to everyone who in anyway helped them turn the idea into a reality and they are hoping to repeat the event again next year, as there were so many people who wanted to donate but whose hair was not quite long enough.

Horoscopes

APRIL 2014

This month, Easter hops into our lives once again. As an extra, read on to find out what your sign will be most inclined to do this Easter holiday. Enjoy!

ARIES 21MAR - 19APR TAURUS

20APR - 20MAY

GEMINI

21MAY - 20JUN

23JUL - 23AUG

VIRGO

24AUG - 22SEP

Some times it pays to be lazy, and to enjoy having nowhere to go and nothing to do. This is one of those times. Do not move unless you have to in this month. You are rapidly approaching a time in which you are going to be so busy and so in demand that you will wish you had a few moments to do your own thing. Now you have this option, so sink back and enjoy every moment. It is not too difficult. Break tradition by planning a holiday weekend that’s all about what you want, not what others expect of you. Eastern destinations beckon, as do sporting events or outdoor challenges.

You feel that everyone is taking you for granted. Do you feel like a savage, being told what to do by those you associate with? It does not have to be this way forever more so for this month. You need to lay down a few new laws and reassess your boundaries in life. You may get some complaints at first, especially from your family who would not want you to change. But if you persist they will get the message. Issue an ultimatum both in your personal and professional space. You’re craving a quiet, relaxing break. Spiritual or creative retreats are ideal; especially if it’s something you’ve always wanted to do but hadn’t dared.

CANCER

LEO

21JUN - 22JUL

Do not let the past affect your days in this month ahead. You may have had an experience that prevents you from enjoying some activity or the company of a certain person in life. You might have a phobia that has plagued you for some time, like a fear of heights or a fear of closed spaces. But if you can detach from your old way of being and adopt a new perspective, you may find that what troubled you does so no longer. Be bold and face life with renewed vigour and strength. Your work zone is full of planetary activity and getting away might be a stretch. Instead plan quality time with your partner, or if single, do something about improving your dating options. It’s all about love for you!

Beliefs can be as solid as a rock, especially if you have identified yourself with them for a lifetime. But because they are an invisible part of your existence you tend to forget about them easily. Yet they are responsible for the experiences you have in life both good and bad. The planets this month are encouraging you to change your thinking, especially if it is not working in your favour during these days. You’ll dream about heading south this Easter, and if you can afford it you’ll have an exciting time away. If not, consider a Mexican-themed celebration, one that focuses on spicy foods to keep with your exotic theme.

Dare to be a doer this month than being a dreamer. The cosmos has sent you a lot of inspiring dreams and ideas lately, but you would not get very far unless you start to take action in life. You may be guilty of changing horses in midstream and thereby losing your momentum. Now make time to decide what you really want. Once you know then make a pledge that you would not give up until you have achieved it. With your social zone in focus, you’ll want a weekend away with friends. If you can’t get away, plan to host an exotic meal for your closest buddies. With extra time, it’ll be easier to get the whole gang together.

Your relationships may be the boon or the bane of your life for this month. One minute you feel on top of the world and the next you may be plunged into despair. But despite the ups and downs of this rollercoaster ride, you are secretly enjoying every moment during this month. If you triumph concerning an ongoing issue, or make amends with someone, you truly succeed for this time of the year. Finances are a factor, so sticking to your budget and looking for discount deals is a must. Quality time with loved ones is important, and ultimately that’s free. As long as you’re somewhere quiet, you’ll return recharged.

LIBRA

23SEP - 220CT

SCORPIO

During this month you have the opportunity to do a thousand things you have never done before. The secret is to follow your heart and do whatever turns you on. Make this a special time by getting involved in any activity that gives you a buzz. It may be a hobby, walking in nature, having a drink with friends or taking your dog for a walk. Whatever you do just love it! Nurturing getaways are in your sights as health comes into focus. A spa day or organic food cleanse is a great way to avoid overindulging and to help your body get back in shape.

The desire to take a gamble may be stronger than ever in this month. A powerful astrological aspect suggests that it may be hard to resist temptation in your life. The more you think about it, the more appealing it appears to be. The likelihood is that the gamble involves your current financial situation. You may want to improve matters by getting involved in get-richquick-schemes. Think carefully and act wisely. You’re at your most playful this Easter and will crave a weekend that’s full of fun and adventure. Whether you get outdoors and challenge yourself, or stay in and develop your creative talents, you’ll want action.

CAPRICORN

22DEC - 19JAN

AQUARIUS

PISCES

Your focus seems to be on your health and wellbeing for the month ahead. One minute you are keen to get into shape ready for life, and the next you have forgotten your goal and are back in cruise control. Your life carries on where you left off and nothing much changes. But if you see the error of your ways and get back in the driving seat you can easily accomplish anything. Be persistent with your goals Libra for this month. Rather than letting everyone around you call the shots, you’re determined to set your own schedule this Easter. Time to yourself is as important as catching up with people you haven’t seen for a while. Stay local to make the most of your time.

The ideas seem to be flowing thick and fast in your life for this month. But more than this, your imagination is also working overtime. Make sure that your thinking helps you to achieve all your goals, and is bringing you security and comfort. Try not to let that more melancholic part of your nature take over and spoil everything. The more upbeat and positive you can be the better the results you can expect for this month. You’re focussed on home improvements and spending time with family this Easter. You’re ready to break with family traditions, though, so consider hosting or suggesting eating out together.

23OCT - 21NOV

20JAN - 18FEB

An intuitive leap of faith may encourage you to take on board an idea that you have been mulling over for the past couple of months. This is not something new. It has been bubbling away in your creative cauldron for some time, and has gradually been developing in strength. You may not go all the way with it for now, but you may feel moved to create a plan of action. The first step has been taken and it is now for you to act. You’re full of ideas, and taking a day to yourself to brainstorm about the next six months will help you transform your options. An online workshop with like-minded people gets you fired up.

SAGITTARIUS

22NOV - 21DEC

19FEB - 20MAR

The world is your stage Pisces for the month ahead. You have many options open to you, just be willing to seize the opportunity. Do not let your attention wander from one thing to another and lose your focus. You would not achieve much if you do. Instead, try sticking with one idea or plan until you have attained a degree of success. Concentration is the key to success in life for now. Do not let your mind master you, instead try to master it! You’re experiencing a shift with money, income and values, and will find yourself searching for a more authentic way to celebrate. Do something that’s meaningful and relaxing but within your budget. BMAG 65
