SAN DIEGO STATE 2010 Moved in the role of closer and recorded six saves to tie for second in the Mountain West Conference overall stats … Recorded first save of the year against UAB on March 11 … Made his lone start of the year in the opener of the series at New Mexico on March 26 … Suffered one of his two losses in that contest … Had a record of 3-3 in relief appearances with one of his wins at TCU (April 3) and the other two during the series at Air Force (April 9 and 11) … Longest relief outing was 3.2 innings against Oklahoma on Feb 21 … Recorded a season-high four strikeouts in that game after having also struck out four against the Sooners in 2.1 innings in the season opener (Feb. 19).
