PITCHER, L-L 6-3, 205, SOPHOMORE MILILANI, HAWAII MID-PACIFIC INSTITUTE Joined San Diego State last season from the state of Hawaii where he received all-state recognition all four years of high school … Will likely be deployed as a member of the Aztec bullpen this season … Competed with the Eau Claire Express in the Northwoods League during summer 2010 … Made 12 starts on the mound and went 8-3 with a 3.67 earned run average … Played summer baseball in 2009 for the Dirtbags in Mililani, Hawaii.

SAN DIEGO STATE 2010 Made nine appearances on the mound during his freshman season with two starts … First start was a no-decision vs. Stony Brook on March 23 … His second start came against UNLV in the series finale on May 22 … Went 7.1 innings allowing four runs on 10 hits to pick up his first win in SDSU’s 6-4 victory … Recorded a career-high nine strikeouts in that contest and walked none … Prior to that game had made eight appearances for a total of 9.0 innings … Did not throw a wild pitch over his total of 16.1 innings.
